Millard never returned to the hotel after the basketball game and drinks at the pub with his work client. According to the investigation, he died after partaking in prostitution and drugs.

A 45-year-old man named Derrick Perkins was initially arrested on charges of damage to property, three counts of access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Perkins drove around and picked up Guidry, but Millard said he wanted more women. The dealer then picked Barner up from her home. The four then went to a home on Lorri Burgess Avenue. According to Perkins, he waited outside as the others used syringes. "They were all up in there doing that s***. I don't f*** with that s***," Perkins told cops.

Perkins said he was sent to a local store to use Millard's credit card to buy undisclosed items. He returned and waited outside as the others had sex. Barner told Perkins some time later that Millard had died. He could not be revived despite a drug to reverse an overdose, known as Narcan, as well as CPR.

The three, however, did not call the police. They wrapped Millard in the carpet he collapsed on, carried his body it in Toyota, and then disposed of the near the 2900 block of Scenic Hwy. Days later, his body was discovered by an unknown man. Millard's toxicology results have not been revealed yet.

She also told investigators she tried to get into the Toyota, but scattered clothing caused a space restraint in the backseat. She said a 'white female' was sitting in the front seat.
