'Mouse' Episode 6: Cops get closer to pinning Yo-han as serial killer, but did he kill Moo-chi's brother too?
Turns out Ba-reum (Lee Seung-gi) is not the kidnapper, but the one who has colluded with Detective Moo-chi (Lee Hee-jun) to capture the killer who attacked him and killed Bong-yi's (Park Ju-hyun) almeoni. He decided to work alongside the detective and help him put up a tv broadcast show as the killer had wanted but by tweaking the facts a bit. However, that ends up backfiring in a big way. Someone close to Ba-reum, Hong-ju (Kyung Soo-jin), and Moo-chi has learned about the truth behind the broadcast and is manipulating the entire setup.
It is a nail-biting chase as one after another, everything that Moo-chi tries to put forth to the audience is either proved false or proved invalid. The broadcast was something that the killer had wanted. The killer had also wanted Moo-chi to figure out the connection between all the victims and why he had killed them. In the course of the broadcast, Moo-chi successfully figured out the reason. Not only the connection but the intent behind each of the cases was also revealed.

'Mouse' Episode 3: Is Lee Seung-gi's Ba-reum son of Headhunter? He will face the villain soon
The only one who did not have an intention or reason behind the murder was Bong-yi's almeoni who had not only been to Yo-han's home but had also seen his underground murder board. So the only option he had left was to kill the grandmother and ensure that she did not reveal the truth to the officials. That is also the reason why almeoni will end up becoming the clue that the investigators need to crack this case wide open.
While Bong-yi did leave home to attempt and capture the killer who was at the church, she doesn't succeed. Instead, the killer is left to walk free, at least for a little while longer. At the same time, one of the cops who had been following up on Yo-han's alibi figures out that he was lying and that leads to more doubts being cast on him. Ba-reum also learns that almeoni's DNA was found at Yo-han's house and so he decides to break into Yo-han's house.
Ba-reum also ends up meeting Yo-han's mother on the street while she seems to be scared out of her wits. We wonder, could she have seen Yo-han's underground secret room as well. The one thing that is worrying at the moment is how Moo-chi is going to go off his rails with the death of his brother. He had already been feeling heaps of guilt, and anger towards his brother and to know that he was killed because of Headhunter, it is something that Moo-chi may not be able to handle.
We also see Headhunter aka Han Seo-jun have some kind of medical emergency and someone pull a long distance rifle from one of the hallways near the prison outdoors area. Is he being targeted now and does Moo-chi have something to do with this? We would have to see how this pans out now.
'Mouse' will air on Wednesday and Thursday on tvN and can be streamed on Viki.
