Ana Walshe's mom says she 'cannot believe' the shocking Google searches made by Brian Walshe
COHASSET, MASSACHUSETTS: Ana Walshe's mother Milanka Ljubicic is either in disbelief or holding out hope that her son-in-law didn't kill her daughter. She simply "just cannot believe" that Brian Walshe made disturbing Google searches about disposing of a human body, the court reportedly said on Wednesday, January 2023.
Brian is being held for charges of murdering her wife and has pleaded not guilty to both the latest and former charges of misleading the Investigators. Ljubicic even has assumptions that Ana has left for somewhere after getting tired of everything.

"I think that she just left somewhere, to get away, maybe she was tired of everything ... It is only my assumption. I still don’t know the truth about what happened," Milanka Ljubicic, 69, said from her home in Belgrade, Serbia, on Thursday according to NBC News. "I just hope that she is alive. Anywhere, but alive. That is my only hope," she added of her daughter.
Her statement comes a day after prosecutors revealed that Brian, 47 made internet searches on December 27, looking for "best state to get a divorce" and "Hacksaw best tool to dismember." He also searched "Can you be charged with murder without a body?" and "Can you identify a body with broken teeth?" among other grotesque searches, as per reports. So far, the major mystery remains over Ana Walsh's body which is still not recovered by the cops.
Tracy Miner, his lawyer has also stated slamming media for already trying to convict Walshe, “we will see if the prosecution can” prove their case against her client, she is reported to have said this on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Norfolk County Assistant District Attorney Lynn Beland said "...it is believed that Brian Walshe dismembered Ana Walshe and discarded her body.”
Beland further informed in court that investigators besides having found the couple’s DNA, along with a Covid vaccination card for Ana Walshe, also recovered a hacksaw, cutting shears, a hatchet, and items with blood stains in trash bags. These trash bags were disposed of in a dumpster at Brian Walshe's mother's apartment in Swampscott, 40 miles far from north Cohasset.
Previously investigators had also found a damaged knife with blood in the basement of Brian Walshe's apartment basement at the couple's Massachusetts home. Ljubicic said of the internet search, "Yes, I have seen it, of course, it made me upset, but I just don’t believe in that. Because Brian was never aggressive, he was never mad or furious, God forbid. I just cannot believe it." Ljubicic had also shown support for Brian before, saying that he had helped Ana and even saved her life when she had a stroke over a year ago.
