Is ‘Endless Summer Vacation’ album about Liam Hemsworth?
Ever since the release of the single ‘Flowers,’ many have speculated that some of the references are those that allude to Cyrus’ failed marriage to ex-husband Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. Cyrus has opened up about her relationship with Hemsworth previously on various occasions. She had once even gone so far as to admit that the marriage was “one last attempt to save myself.”
She also said, "A couple of years ago, it looked like I was living some fairy tale. It really wasn't. At that time, my experimentation with drugs and booze and the circle of people around me was not fulfilling or sustainable or ever going to get me to my fullest potential and purpose," according to Insider.
All you need to know about ‘Endless Summer Vacation'
Cyrus’ upcoming album is teased as a departure from what we know her to be as an artist. The press release claimed that the album is a “love letter to LA,” and that it is “a reflection of the strength she’s found in focusing on both her physical and mental well-being," according to GQ. The song ‘Flowers’ clearly inspired many of the listeners to embrace self-love and also supposedly signified Cyrus’s growth in confidence and comfort since her marriage fell apart. The upcoming album features production from Greg Kurstin, Tyler Johnson, and Kid Harpoon and was recorded in LA.
