Megyn Kelly slams Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for being ‘thin-skinned’ about their public image

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: Megyn Kelly has taken an aim at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry while discussing the two with British writer Tom Bower, who has written a novel titled ‘Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and The War Between The Windsors’. The journalist claimed that the Sussexes “are as thin-skinned as they come when it comes to their public image, whether they matter, what people write about them, and whether they are being adequately ‘protected’ by those around them in the maintenance of these images they believe they have.”

Bower, seeming to agree with Kelly, described Meghan as a “seductive” and “tactile” woman, who “was hunting for a man in England” immediately after her divorce from her first husband Trevor Engelson in 2013. The 76-year-old former BBC journalist stated that “she wanted wealth and she wanted fame” and to achieve that the ex-actress “targeted” the Duke of Sussex.

Bower also mentioned that Meghan, who exchanged the vows with Harry in May 2018, “always wanted celebrity but wants to control the narrative,” before he went on to lambast the parents of two. He asserted, “Anyone who gets in the way with her is ghosted and attacked, and Harry has become hypersensitive and hates the media and yet seeks approval from the media by going on Netflix or Spotify or Apple TV. The contradictions and hypocrisy are enormous.”

While taking aim at Meghan, Kelly noted, “Her whole thing is about image, so I can see why she’s so easy to upset when it comes to bad press.” Bower added that Harry is “complicated” and “not really intelligent.” He also said that the 38-year-old “remains damaged by the early death of his mother, [Princess] Diana. He very foolishly blames the media.”
