What happened to Mauricio Garcia?
The 33-year-old man who opened fire on people at Allen Premium Outlets was killed by a police officer who happened to be at the outdoor mall. Garcia was armed with an "AR-15 style assault weapon," President Joe Biden said according to NBC News. One of the senior law enforcement officials added that he was wearing a tactical vest and also had a handgun.
The investigation is still ongoing
The authorities said they are currently probing the incident. As per their investigation, police officers have found that no one liked and shared the gunman's sickening posts. Two senior law enforcement officials said that police and the Texas Rangers, working with the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, are looking at the case as a case of racial or ethnically motivated violent extremism.

Authorities believe that he acted alone and no one else was involved in the deadly shooting. Allen rampage marks the second deadliest mass shooting in the US this year and the second in Texas in a little over a week.
Mauricio Garcia's neighbors speak out
A next-door neighbor of Garcia, who only asked to be identified as Julie, claimed, that she witnessed him going in and coming out of his home from work every day like clockwork. “He tried to acknowledge us but seemed a little off," Julie told NBC News. "He wasn’t somebody you could carry a conversation with." She was left stunned when she came to know about the killer's identity. “You could have knocked me over with a feather when I found out,” she said.
I was locked by Twitter for posting the facts about the Mauricio Garcia shooter photos. Twitter is as anti FREE SPEECH as it ever was! Gilda Bailey, another neighbor of Garcia said that when she came home, she witnessed three police squad cars being parked outside his house. The relatives of the killer were not allowed to get inside the residence, she claimed. Bailey later saw the FBI removing items from Garcia's home. “I don’t understand what triggered him,” Bailey said.
Another neighbor said it was "chilling" to live so close to Garcia. “Just the thought of living a few houses down from someone who can do this can be a little scary and give you more caution,” said Moises Carreon, 52. “I don’t know why people want to shoot innocent people for any reason,” Carreon added.
