A man named Mauricio Damian Guerrero was arrested in New Hampshire after he sneaked into the house of an OnlyFans user to take pictures of her sleeping naked. The 20-year-old drove about 400 miles from Bensalem, Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and broke into the house of the 24-year-old woman, identified as R.N.

The OnlyFans user reportedly refused multiple offers to meet Guerrero and awoke to find him standing in her doorway and staring at her. He was located on the roof of the residence and arrested after being found escaping from the attic. After an investigation, he was taken into custody on a charge of burglary. When the police searched his phone, they discovered several images of the woman sleeping naked, with the focus on her private parts. Guerrero also stole the woman's key and made a copy of it for continued access to her house. The police found a tracking device that he wanted to tape to the female's car so he could follow her. The investigators found food, cups of urine, and a pair of headphones, which confirmed that he had been hiding in the woman's attic for an extended period of time.

According to court documents, the woman gave Guerrero her address because she wanted him to buy her a new TV and a fireplace. She claimed she never wanted to meet in person, but he pushed her to do so. She also told the police that she had seen Guerrero drive past her residence before and that he had previously admitted to sleeping in a parking lot outside her old apartment building in Dover, New Hampshire. The 24-year-old added that he FaceTimed her from outside her mother's home two hours before the police found him on her roof, as per Daily Mail.

"On 2/9/22, at 4:43 AM, the Somersworth Police Department responded to a residence on Highland St. for a report that the resident heard someone in the residence. Officers on scene located a male suspect on the roof of the residence. After an on-scene investigation, the male was taken into custody for the charge of Burglary. The investigation was furthered, and information was obtained that the suspect was known to the victim from online social media. It was determined that the suspect drove up to NH from Pennsylvania, and was temporarily staying at an Airbnb in Portsmouth. It was determined that the suspect entered the home with the intent to commit theft and invasion of privacy. The suspect’s information is as follows: Mauricio Damian Guerrero. Age 20. 1902 Arrowood Drive Bensalem, Pennsylvania, 19020. Charges: 2 counts of Burglary/Night Time/Residence-Class A Felonies. 2 counts of Burglary/Day Time/Residence-Class B Felonies. Mr. Guerrero refused bail, and was transported to The Strafford County House of Corrections, pending arraignment on 2/10/22, in Strafford County Superior Court. The investigation remains active, and there is no threat to the general public," read the press release by the Somersworth Police Department.

Guerrero was arrested on February 9 and charged with four counts of burglary, before being released on bail for a charge of $2,500. He was fitted with a GPS tracking bracelet and banned from the state of New Hampshire. He is also restricted from having any contact with the woman. "He was released with pretty strict bail conditions. But it is an ongoing concern of ours, the safety of the victim during the pendency of this case, so that is why we asked for him to be held pending trial," said Deputy Strafford County Attorney Emily Garod, as reported by WMUR.
