DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married At First Sight' Season 17 ex-couple Lauren G and Orion Martzloff continued to spend time despite their messy divorce. Orion and Lauren got divorced weeks before the Decision Day after their dramatic feud. However, Orion regretted his decision to divorce and offered a friendship with his ex-wife Lauren. Although Lauren doesn't accept the friendship offer at first, she expresses her feelings to continue her relationship with Orion in the latest episode.

Lauren asked Orion if he had found someone or was planning to start dating anyone. Orion responded, "I don't know I feel like I'm not quite done in this process with you." Lauren confessed to being confused by Orion's response "Because I know we left off on yeah let's like friendship is on the table but do you want to be more than friends."

Lifetime show star claimed that he was on board with the idea of being more than friends adding, "because I don't want to leave things unsolved. I think that would honestly I think that would be a huge benefit just to talk about all it and so there's not anything either one of us is hanging on to." However, Lauren claimed, "I don't really think I'm hanging on to anything but I guess we can discuss having that discussion.'

Meanwhile, the viewers were left furious over Lauren's decision and called her 'desperate'. A social media user said, "Lauren is giving desperate. Because why else would u think u can or should rekindle anything with Orion?! Dr. Maya Angelou said “when ppl show u who they are, believe them!” He was very clear abt who he is. TF!"

Another person added, "I know Orion ain’t trying to weasel his way back in with Lauren. Don’t do it Girl. He pretty much quit you during the honeymoon." Another critic noted, "I’m beginning to think Lauren wants tv time as much as Orion…." Another internet user penned, "Annoying that Lauren continues to spend time with Orion despite the fact that they've divorced!!"

Another X user stated, "What does this man want? Lauren shouldn’t even be thinking about discussing anything about relationship with him. He just lonely." Another viewer penned, "Lauren RUN!!!! Lauren G slams Orion Martzloff's 'Inauthentic' attempt

'MAFS' Season 17 star Orion Martzloff claimed in the previous episode that he and his ex-wife Lauren G have been on good terms despite the split. However, Lauren appeared to be offended and called him out for his inauthentic attempt.

Orion said, "I know that Lauren and I aren't at the same level as other couples, other people." He told his co-stars, "But, with that being said, ultimately yeah, I feel very proud about where we both are at." Orion added, "But, I am looking to really to kinda just turn the page on everything that's happened and honestly really try and open up a different narrative."

However, Lauren was not buying Orion's new attitude and believed he wasn't being genuine in what he was saying. She said, "I don't want to have a conversation with him because I'm just tired of getting my hopes up with conversations with Orion." Lauren admitted in the confessional, "When he brings things up in group settings, it doesn't seem authentic. It doesn't seem real. It feels like it's more to save face in front of our friends."

Why did Orion Martzloff demand divorce from Lauren?

Orion Martzloff and Lauren G's romance fizzled out soon after their honeymoon. Orion asked for a divorce from Lauren and claimed that he no longer wanted to be with his wife following their disagreements about intimacy. Orion explained, "It's just with everything that happened, everything that took place, I lost all romantic interest."

Lauren also shared her marriage struggles and claimed, "I feel so horrible that I've put you in the predicament to lose romantic attraction to me because through this, I have maintained my romantic attraction to you." She further confessed, "But if you don't feel like you have it in you to do it, I don't want to twist your arm. I don't want to force you to stay with me."

'Married At First Sight' Season 17 airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on Lifetime.
