BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: It looks like 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Lisa Rinnahasn't learned anything from her infamous 'Munchausen's syndrome' saga with Yolanda Hadid. The Beverly Hills housewife left fans feeling shocked and amused when she tried to once again pull the same trick on Kathy Hilton, by accusing the Hilton family matriarch of having a 'psychotic break' and 'black heart'!

During the Aspen cast trip, Kathy ended up having a meltdown when the cameras weren't around. The friend of housewives reportedly lashed out against her sister Kyle Richards and spoke badly about the other cast members as well. Unfortunately for Kathy, Rinna witnessed the whole thing and gave a play-by-play account of the whole incident to Erika Jayne, who shared it with Kyle. Kyle was understandably upset on learning about her sister's anger towards her. Kathy decided to set things right and went over to her sister's house and apologized to her. Kyle accepted her sister's apology and urged her to make peace with the other women in the group as well. Later Rinna joined them. Kathy immediately apologized to Rinna and held herself accountable for her actions.

Despite Kathy's best attempts at making amends with Rinna, the 'Rinna Beauty' founder kept stretching out the whole episode by claiming that she experienced PTSD from Kathy's actions and felt threatened. The housewife also accused Kathy of having a 'black heart' and labeled the whole incident as Kathy having a 'psychotic break'. While Kathy politely handled the situation by pointing out how Rinna too could be very 'mean' and 'unkind' towards others, 'RHOBH' fans were in no mood to let Rinna off the hook that easily.

Several fans took to Twitter to call out Rinna for her bold allegations against Kathy. A fan tweeted, "A psychotic break Rinna? The way Yolanda had Munchausen Syndrome?
