Remember how the mysterious Aspen cast trip was hyped as the epicenter of some very controversial drama on season 12 of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'? Well, you may thank Kendall Jenner's tequila brand 818 for it.

If you're wondering what Kendall Jenner and her tequila brand have got to do with Bravo's 'RHOBH', then we got you covered. Fans of 'RHOBH' may recount Kathy Hilton's attempts at promoting a tequila brand that she and her daughters have invested in called Casa Del Sol. In the recently aired episode, Kathy can be seen trying to get her co-stars to drink the tequila and get honest feedback from them about it. Unfortunately for her, all the ladies made some excuse to escape drinking the tequila, completely ignoring and disregarding Kathy's feelings. Though Kathy looked a bit upset by their behavior, she chose to stay silent. But it looks like the fan favorite friend of housewives won't be keeping quiet for too long.

In the preview clip released by Bravo for the upcoming episode of 'RHOBH', we see the ladies bar-hopping in Aspen. Kathy can be heard excitedly telling Rinna that the establishment they were in had her tequila in stock. Rinna then shadily goes to the counter and loudly exclaims about wanting to try Kendall's 818 tequila and places an order for it. This snub was too much for Kathy, and she breaks down over it. Kathy is further upset over her sister Kyle Richards being a silent bystander while Rinna was being shady. 

After watching the preview clip and Rinna's shady behavior, 'RHOBH' fans took to Twitter to not only extend their love and support to Kathy and her tequila, but also to slam Rinna and the other ladies for not supporting their co-star. Some fans were disappointed over how a simple tequila order turned out to be the source of major drama on the show. A fan tweeted, "Most of those girls sat straight-faced in Dorit’s redecorated Bucca di Beppo room to show support for her ridiculous ~business venture~, but wouldn’t sip some of Kathy’s tequila during a night of fun back at the vacation home after dinner. They’re a bunch of haters. #RHOBH." "So the beef between Kathy Hilton and Lisa Rinna starts because Lisa orders Kendall Jenner's tequila at the bar instead of drinking the Hilton tequila that Kathy brought. It's always about stuff like that on these shows! #RHOBH," wrote a fan. Another fan added, "Oh my gosh! That’s why Kathy was upset? Because no one would drink Casa Del Sol tequila? Really? #RHOBH." "Please tell me the big aspen controversy isn’t over Kendall Jenner’s tequila. #RHOBH producers hate us, I’m convinced," declared a fan.
