A Britney Spears fan who was the star of one of the internet's first popular videos, the 'Leave Britney alone!' outburst, has made a comeback as a gorgeous transgender OnlyFans model. Cara Cunningham, formerly called, Chris Crocker, got breast implants and facial feminization surgery in the latter part of last year. She began her transition in 2021 when she was 33 years old.
Suffice it to say, Cara has completely changed since she was Chris. She now has beautiful blonde bombshell hair, double C-cup breasts, and gorgeous curves. On her OnlyFans page, where fans may view photos of the star, the beauty has been showing her post-surgery curves. "Finally feeling comfortable enough to show my surgery results on OnlyFans," she teased in one post.

'I never said I was even smart'
Sadly, after going public with her transition on social media, where she still has millions of followers, Cara has been under attack from trolls for signing up on OnlyFans, as per the Daily Mail. "I get that in certain circles it's cool to s**t on OnlyFans creators and 'modernism' but like I never said I was contributing anything valuable to the world," she tweeted in response to the backlash. "I never said I was even smart. What I have going for me is a set of fingers that can copy and paste my OnlyFans links."
Cara claimed that she shouldn't be targeted for merely attempting to make a living on the pornographic membership site. She also frequently posts "mukbang" eating videos on Facebook to a following of over three million. Cara responded when a fan asked her to stop promoting OnlyFans online, "I'm posting an advertisement because... I don't know, sometimes it's fun to survive and pay bills in ways other than posting stupid eating videos."
'I can embrace who I am'
In a moving Instagram post in 2021, the internet sensation—who was born a man—opened up about her transition and said that, after years of gender dysphoria, she had just begun hormone replacement medication. "It's been 33 years coming and I'm happy to be in a place where I can embrace who I am," the Tennessee native wrote. "I have put my identity and personal happiness aside for so long, out of fear of rejection or me not wanting to embarrass my family."
Cara said that she realized that anyone who "actually loves [her] would have cared about how long she has been feeling this way in the first place. I am transitioning and I have no more apologies to make for who I am, "she continued. "This will be a lonely process in terms of emotional support from others, but I will be happy knowing I am doing this for myself and what I've needed for my gender dysphoria."
