Kristina Hirsch: Warren Beatty accuser says 49 'agents' linked to actor 'responsible' for sexual assault
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A woman has filed a lawsuit against Warren Beatty and accused 49 others associated with the Hollywood star of contributing to her 'distress,' alleging that the actor coerced her into having sex with him when she was 14 years old. 85-year-old Beatty is accused of "exploiting" Kristina Hirsch, 63, who he met in 1973 while shooting on the set of a movie, with the abuse continuing until later that year. Hirsch claims Beatty repeatedly paid “undue attention” to her after she was taken to the set in Los Angeles by her neighbor who worked there. Beatty was 35 years old at that time.
The others in the lawsuit are not identified by their names who are allegedly linked to the incident but are simply referred to as John Doe's 2 to 50. It states that the men, who she believes were "agents, representatives or employees" of Beatty, were "responsible" for his behavior and her being sexually harassed by the star. None of the men are named with court documents claiming that Hirsch is unaware of who they are. However, the documents add, "Plaintiff will amend the Complaint to allege their true names and capacities when such have been ascertained."

Hirsch says that Beatty also commented on her looks and gave her his phone number. She alleges that Beatty called her numerous times in 1973, invited her to the hotel where he was living, and brought her on car rides. It goes on to state that Beatty used his "position and status as a Hollywood movie star" to coerce her into having sex with him when Hirsch was only 14 or 15 years old. Although the 'Bonnie and Clyde' famed actor was not named directly court documents filed on Monday, November 7, at Los Angeles Superior Court make several clear references to him.
The suit also states that Beatty, at the time offered to help her with her homework and commented to her several times about losing her virginity. The actor is described in the lawsuit as "portraying Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde, a major box-office success that earned defendant Doe an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor."
Court documents seen by DailyMail said, "Due to defendant doe's stature, the position of authority, predatory grooming, and manipulation of Plaintiff, as well as Plaintiff's young age, Plaintiff was initially thrilled that defendant doe was interested in her, and believed she was involved in a romantic relationship with a movie star. He used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood Star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months in the State of California."
The lawsuit argues that Hirsch was a minor and was unable to give consent at the time of the incidents, and she is now seeking damages. She claims that she has had "difficulty in reasonably or meaningfully interacting with others" and having "intimate, confidential, and familial relationships." The suit alleges that she has had "difficulty in reasonably or meaningfully interacting with others" and having "intimate, confidential, and familial relationships." It also states that because of the alleged abuse by Beatty she "suffered severe emotional, physical, and psychological distress, including humiliation, shame, and guilt."
It added, "Plaintiff has suffered a personal physical injury of sexual assault, and has and will continue to suffer, psychological, mental and emotional distress, and all associated economic injury." Her claims include sexual battery, sexual assault, and violation of California Penal Code §647.6(a)(1), which allows Hirsch to bring her civil claims under state law.
Hirsch is seeking compensation for psychological, mental, and emotional distress. She is represented by Michael Reck and Michael Finnegan of the law firm of Jeff Anderson & Associates. Beatty previously bragged about sleeping with thousands of women at the peak of his career and was linked to Joan Collins, Cher, and Madonna. Peter Biskind, his biographer, estimated in 2010 that the actor had slept with 12,775 women in his life, something which Beatty himself later denied.
In 2016, while speaking to AARP, he said the number was blown out of proportion, adding "Think about it, sleeping with 12,775 people. That would mean not just that there were multiple people a day, but that there was no repetition." Beatty then went on to say, "Look, I never misled anyone. And … and I'm a nice guy. I waited a long time to be married. When you don't get married until you're 54 … well, as Arthur Miller said, 'It comes with the territory'. You're participating in a profession that, for obvious reasons, needs to heighten elements of sexuality."
Beatty finally settled down and married Annette Bening for 24 years, and they have four children together.
