Who is Kristina Hirsch? Warren Beatty accuser, 63, claims actor 'raped' her on 'The Parallax View' set
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The woman accusing Hollywood great Warren Beatty of raping her when she was just 14 claims that she thought their connection, which took place when the actor was in his mid-30s, was "special." Kristina Hirsch, in a direct-to-camera appeal, claimed that instead, it caused emotional trauma to her that lasted for nearly 50 years.
In the video, Hirsch uses the alias Tina St Clair and claims to be a Unitarian Church-ordained minister. “In 1973 I was a 14-year-old virgin and brought and introduced to Warren Beatty on the set of 'The Parallax View' for the purposes of sexual pandering by an adult. I was unaware of this and from the spring of 1973 until the following January of 1974, carried on a relationship that I thought was something that was special. It was a crime that Beatty was committing by raping me, having oral sex with me... and emotionally damaging me for the past 44 years.” The video was published on November 11, 2017. In the clip, Hirsch who had her graying hair combed back was standing beside a tree when it was filmed.

According to Daily Mail, the woman who has now filed a lawsuit for the alleged grooming that occurred in 1973 is the same person. “I wish to make a public statement about this,” St Clair says in the video, asking CNN's Anderson Cooper to contact her to get her story out. “Our time is God's time and our patience is a virtue. By the grace of God, we ask all predators, pedophiles and all of those who are not well please to repent and seek counsel. In Jesus' name we pray. Thank you.” Hirsch did not specify which picture Beatty was working on when she allegedly had a sexual encounter with him in her lawsuit. However, the 2017 video claimed that it was 'The Parallax View', a political thriller directed by Alan Pakula and based on the same-named book by Loren Singer.
Who is Kristina Hirsch?
Hirsch wed actor Hiram Keller in 1981; Keller is primarily known for his collaborations with Italian filmmaker Federico Fellini. After having one daughter, Serena, they divorced in 1987. In 1982's cult Jamaican film Countryman, his final picture, she co-starred with her husband under the name Kristina St Clair. At 52, Keller died from liver cancer in 1997. Hirsch, now 63, alleges Beatty, 85, groomed her for sex in her complaint which she filed in Los Angeles on November 7. However, she claims that the actor who had sex with her played Clyde Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde and was nominated for an Oscar for the role. She refers to the actor by the name John Doe instead of mentioning the star by name.
Court records about the case obtained by Daily Mail stated, “Due to defendant doe's stature, position of authority, predatory grooming and manipulation of Plaintiff, as well as Plaintiff's young age, Plaintiff was initially thrilled that defendant doe was interested in her, and believed she was involved in a romantic relationship with a movie star. He used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months in the State of California. Plaintiff has suffered personal physical injury of sexual assault, and has and will continue to suffer, psychological, mental and emotional distress, and all associated economic injury.” Hirsch is suing for damages, claiming that because she was a minor when the occurrences occurred, she was unable to provide her consent. She asserts that had "difficulty in reasonably or meaningfully interacting with others” and having “intimate, confidential and familial relationships." She alleges in her lawsuit that due to Beatty's alleged she "suffered severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including humiliation, shame, and guilt."
In California, a three-year window for cases involving long-ago sex is set to close so she filed the lawsuit just before it did. To submit historical claims alleging child sexual assault, the state granted a deadline of January 1, 2023, in a resolution that was passed in 2019. Her allegations include sexual battery, sexual assault and contravention of California Penal Code Section 647.6(a)(1) which permits Hirsch to file a civil lawsuit under state law. She is asking for special damages as well as punitive damages.
