Spoiler alert for 'Kidding' Season 2

The Season 2 finale of 'Kidding' ended in the sweetest possible way and had fans crying tears of happiness. A feel-good series, Jim Carrey who plays Jeff Pickles, develops an innocence that you can't help but welcome.

The show aired episodes nine and ten during its one-hour finale and we saw love conform to new circumstances as parents get sick, daughters are lost and sons are almost kidnapped. Somewhere in there, there was a sprinkle of magic with the Fibonacci Sequences. Fans seem to have loved the course of the series but would have rather the series stretched on for longer.

"#Kidding is just too good. I'm really bummed Showtime rushed it and aired the 10 episodes over 5 weeks. Some of these episodes really needed a whole week to breathe by themselves," tweeted a fan. Either way, the series managed to do its part in touching a lot of hearts, leaving fans hoping for more.

"This season of #Kidding has been an emotional workout in the best way.," tweeted a fan. The season managed to have made quite an impression and was definitely worth the watch. With great cameos from different artists to the sheer vulnerability the storyline brought, it was a great ending to experienced storytelling. "Season 2 was perfect. Thank you so so so much @JimCarreyand to all those behind #Kidding. Couldn't hold back my tears in those last 2 episodes. I cannot wait for what comes next," tweeted another fan.

The creators of the shows did an incredible job with casting and have brought reality to a storyline that can actually start a conversation. "Thank you @yodaveholstein and your assembled team of incredible talent behind #Kidding... and though I may be crying, it was with a smile.," tweeted another fan thanking Dave Holstein, creator of the show. Holstein also re-tweeted a perfect tribute to the efforts of incredible artists, "The season 2 finale of @SHOKidding just solidified its place as one of the most perfect seasons of television I’ve ever seen. What the show accomplished in 10 episodes is some of the most gut-wrenching, inspired writing/performances I’ve ever seen. I’m floored, @yodaveholstein," read the tweet.
