NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: TV show host and actress Kelly Ripa is popularly known for saving her husband, Mark Consuelos, from his never-ending embarrassing blunders on-air. In a recent episode of ‘Live with Kelly and Mark,’ Kelly jokingly called out a young girl in the audience for “rolling her eyes” at her while she talked on the topic of teenagers needing enough sleep.

On Wednesday, May 17, the ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ broadcast was all about discussing teens’ sleeping habits, Summer Ready Bargains, and guest stars, Wilmer Valderrama and Chandra Wilson. While the guests shared their personal life experiences with Kelly and Mark, the hosts were joined by Monica Mangin, who shared bargains on summer products. Later, Kelly discussed the “hot topic” of the day before ending the live talk show.

Kelly Ripa can ‘see all eye rolls’

The two hosts started discussing the topic of teens needing enough sleep on Wednesday, May 17, broadcast of ‘Live with Kelly and Mark.’ As Kelly revealed that she tried helping her kids sleeping habits by removing all electronic devices from their bedrooms when they were younger, she noticed something unusual from the crowd. While a part of the audience applauded her, a certain demographic was not cheerful about the topic. After noticing, Kelly stated, “I notice the teens are not applauding that." Nevertheless, she continued her discussion until she abruptly stopped after spotting a young girl’s weird behavior in the audience. Kelly shares three children with her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos. As she noticed the surprising behavior, she called out, “I just got an eye roll from a kid who isn’t even mine!” She further insisted to the girl in despair, "I saw it! I see all eye rolls! Mothers see, I see eye rolls that are happening in New Jersey right now, OK? I can see every eye roll." The camera turned to the young girl as the people around her laughed and smiled. Kelly teasingly concluded, “Now she’s trying not to eye roll, and it’s hard for her."

Mark Consuelos’ habitual interruptions

Kelly’s co-host Mark also called out an audience member in the middle of the May 11 broadcast of the talk show. During the May 11 episode, while Kelly talked, Mark noticed something distracting in the crowd. He suddenly interrupted her wife as he was amused with a young man wearing a Michigan State University Spartans T-shirt. He was distracted because Kelly and Mark’s youngest son, Joaquin, goes to the University of Michigan and are supporters of the Michigan Wolverines. Riverdale star Mark put out a hand to stop Kelly, adding, "Babe, I got to tell you. When you're telling this story I'm a little distracted." He points at the back of the audience, saying, "I see a Michigan State guy back there!" Kelly spotted the man and teased him, “Oh, you're provoking us”, followed by Mark’s agreeing to her, "Yeah, you're provoking us!" The young man who was wearing a dark green T-shirt smirked at the hosts. Mark continued, "Go Green!" and the man replied, "Go White!" Kelly commented, "Ok, well we say, 'Go Blue!' because this is maize, this dress," as she pointed at her yellow dress. The hosts were referring to the Michigan Wolverines’ colors, which are yellow and blue. Mark grinned and concluded, “Anyway, welcome Michigan State!” with a following comment from Kelly, “Very funny."
