WASHINGTON, DC: While wishing Kamala Harris on her birthday, President Joe Biden described her as a "great president" in his latest gaffe. Additionally, Biden also joked about her age at a Diwali celebration, by noting that Harris turned 30. On October 20, the vice president turned 58.

“Happy birthday to a great president,” he said. “First of all, she's smart as hell. She has a backbone like a ramrod and she has enormous integrity. She is really, really thoroughly informed- particularly on areas of foreign policy, national security issues. So I find her to be extremely, extremely well qualified.”

Since entering office, the verbal stumbler president has repeatedly ceded power to his deputy. This is the third time he referred to Harris as "President" publicly. In his remarks at South Carolina State's December commencement, Biden noted that “President Harris is a proud Howard alum.” In March 2021, he earlier made the mistake of referring to Harris as the president during a news conference on coronavirus vaccines. He called Harris "the first lady" during the same month.

Biden announced a new firearm regulation aimed at reining in ghost guns, untraceable, unregulated weapons made from kids. Biden also announced Steve Dettelbach as his nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

In another incident, the late Indiana GOP Rep. Jackie Walorski's family had to get an apology from the 79-year-old president last month for his forgetfulness about the passing of Republican Jackie Walorski. “Jackie, are you here?' Biden asked during the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. 'Where's Jackie?'” The errors made by President Biden have always been a subject for social media users to voice their opinions onto.

Twitterati have pounced yet again on the president’s mistake of calling Harris the president and taking a dig at the vice president’s age on her birthday as one user joked, “Go Biden! yes! Bi-den Bi-den… we will we will rock you, clap clap stomp. Don’t you all see it? The man is sacrificing the party so he can blame the GOP in 24. Lol! Him and Kamala won’t make it 2 more years! Go Biden, it’s your Birthday!" Another person commented: "President Biden on Monday wished Vice President Kamala Harris a happy birthday, while calling her "a great president," a line that some online assumed was another gaffe, which has become synonymous with his administration."

Another person said, "Biden to Kamala: "Happy birthday to a great president" It's like the movie dumb and dumber. But with meat freezer IQ, and instead of Mary Swanson's money, they've spent taxpayer dollars." One user suggested: "Joe Biden just wished Kamala Harris a happy birthday and said she’s a great president. I can’t believe I’m giving Democrats advice, but hide him in his beach house. Every time he speaks the red wave gets higher." Another one joked, "He still thinks he is VP!"

Furthermore, Biden once again had to explain his mental and physical suitability for office as concerns about the 79-year-old president's potential to seek reelection in 2024 continue to grow. While Biden expressed confidence in his own abilities in an interview with MSNBC's The Sunday Show, he did acknowledge that he knew that some people could be concerned about him approaching the age of 80.
