'Even a broken record is more right than him': Joe Biden TROLLED for calling himself 'vice president'
President Joe Biden’s gaffe’s journey doesn’t seem to take a full stop. In yet another incident, the 79-year-old called himself the "vice president" while talking about his inability to buy an electric Corvette on Thursday, August 4.
During a virtual roundtable meeting with business and labor leaders, including General Motors CEO Mary Barra, where Biden's administration pushed Congress to pass its proposed Inflation Reduction Act, Biden ended up saying, "I’m not going to be able to do it because I can’t drive a vehicle while I’m vice president." But he quickly corrected his statement by adding “while I’m president.”

Netizens didn't let this pass. One wrote, "Joe Biden today STILL unsure if he's the President, or still Vice President? Hmm. Ya know what? Time for him to maybe resign then? If he can't figure out what he is, he's got NO business trying to be whatever it is, he thinks he is!" While another said, "BAH HA HA HA HA. You have to be kidding me. The only thing he's good at is destroying everything he touches. This is treason and criminal. 81 million votes, yeah, right. I guess Kamala is is the best vice president...thanks, I needed a good laugh tonight."

An individual jokingly agreed with Biden and said, "And during your meeting, you said you can't drive because you're VICE PRESIDENT. Thank you for acknowledging the truth. Trump is president. You're still a former VP." A user commented by saying, "Even a broken record is more right than him."

Joe Biden Keeps Testing Positive for COVID, Thinks He's the 'Vice President' https://t.co/DTfFap077z
Not the first time...
In May, Biden called himself the country’s first US Senator from Delaware. He said, “There have not been many of the senators from Delaware. It’s a small state. As a matter of fact, there has never been one. And so I want to take advantage of making sure I introduce [a fellow Delaware native]. He also referred to Kamala Harris as “President,” according to NY Post in December 2021.
The Inflation Reduction Act
According to Fortune, the act, if it passes Congress through reconciliation, is the most significant action the US has taken against climate change. The bill earmarks $369 billion in spending and tax credits for green projects, including $260 billion in tax credits to incentivize clean energy projects, $80 billion in consumer rebates for electric vehicle purchases and climate-focused home renovations, as well as a $1.5 billion incentive for oil and gas companies to reduce methane emissions.
According to The White House, it’s going to cap the number of money seniors pay for prescription drugs at $2,000 a year — period — whether it’s for cancer or for other diseases and the treatments they need. Maximum $2,000 a year.
