Tiffany Trump hunting for condo in Miami with boyfriend Michael as Trumps get ready for post-presidential life
Just like the rest of President Donald Trump's family that are making plans for life after the presidency, Tiffany Trump too has started scouting for houses, say Page Six's sources. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner purchased a whopping $30 million vacant lot that was close to his brother, Josh, and pregnant wife, Karlie Kloss's house. Donald and Melania have to find a new place after January 20 and it has to be someplace other than his Mar-a-Lago property after his Palm Beach neighbors' letter doesn't permit him to stay there.
The site added Tiffany was keen on buying a condo or a house in Miami's South Beach that is known for its exuberant nightlife. Although she has been reportedly staying in the same area for a while now with her boyfriend, Michael Boulos, she's looking for properties with him, one of the sources told the site.
It also added that the law Graduate hadn't decided on her next career move yet— "She hasn’t decided on her next career move. She truly thought her father would win a second term and she’d continue as part of the first family. She became more involved with the family and politics during his last campaign." Boulos and Tiffany are currently staying at the plush and expensive Setai hotel. And while the couple is actually searching for a place in South Beach, the source said she has been viewing properties for herself.
Last weekend, Page Six said she was seen at the Joia beach in Miami. One of the sources close to the site said: "Tiffany was seen sitting at a more so isolated table tucked in a corner of the restaurant, wearing an oversized low-brim sun hat. She was accompanied by a big group of friends and secret service security, which occupied several tables around Tiffany’s group, but remained inconspicuous the entire time.” Vanity Fair said she and Boulos joined Israeli singer, Omer Adam at the SAAM Lounge.
On the other hand, Ivanka's career plans seemed to be on her mind. Earlier, she had spoken about plans of attending President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20, which her father considered an insult. Multiple reports state that she is worried about a promising political career sliding into jeopardy. "She's doing whatever she can to save her reputation," one source said, according to Daily Mail.
The article added Ivanka was convinced that by making the move, she'd come across as "being a good sport and will gain future supporters," the source said. "She said she has to protect her own political aspirations and isn't about to muck it all up by attending her dad's 2024 campaign kick-off which is set for the same day. She's leaving that for her dad and Don Jr." However, there appears to be another side to this story as another source denied Ivanka had any such plans.
Recent developments saw Trump being impeached for the second time on Wednesday making him the first United States President in history to have been impeached twice.
