And the most interesting update for this upcoming series titled 'Kaiser Karl' comes with the announcement of the lead of this series. The legendary Karl Lagerfeld will be played by none other than the talented actor, Daniel Bruhl.
The upcoming Disney+ series is said to have been created and adapted for television by Isaure Pisani-Ferry, who is known for her work in 'Ganglands'. Others who jouned Pisani-Ferry are the'Red Band Society' writer Jennifer Have, and Raphaëlle Bacque, who is known for the bestselling biography, 'Kaiser Karl: The Life of Karl Lagerfeld'.

'Kaiser Karl'
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daniel Brühl is set to play the late fashion designer legend in 'Kaiser Karl'. This Disney+ series is set to have a total of 6 episodes in the series is set in 1970s Paris. The upcoming DIsney+ series is set to follow the life of the young Karl Lagerfeld as he raise through the Parisian high fashion of the 70s. The series is also set to depict the rivalry between Karl and Yves Saint Laurent’s partner Pierre Berge (owner of a fashion company). The series is also set to focus on his love story with Jacques de Bascher.
