Is Robert F Kennedy Jr an anti-vaxxer? ABC News slammed for editing out parts of interview
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ABC News has been blasted online for removing controversial parts of an interview with longshot Democratic presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr. The 69-year-old environmental lawyer had reportedly shared his views against the Covid-19 vaccine during the sit-down.
But the broadcasting company decided to take it out before airing it on Thursday, April 27. The New York Post citing anchor Linsey Davis reported, “We should note that during our conversation, Kennedy made false claims about the COVID-19 vaccines. We’ve used our editorial judgment in not including extended portions of that exchange in our interview.”

‘He also made misleading claims’
Davis continued, “Data shows that the COVID-19 vaccine has prevented millions of hospitalizations and deaths from the disease. He also made misleading claims about the relationship between vaccination and autism,” before adding, “Research shows that vaccines and the ingredients used in the vaccines do not cause autism, including multiple studies involving more than a million children and major medical associations like the American Academy of Pediatrics and the advocacy group Autism Speaks.”
However, ABC News’ decision did not go down well online as Collin Rugg, co-pwner of Trending Politics, tweeted, “ABC News purposely left out part of their interview with Robert F Kennedy Jr where he discussed his views on COVID and vaccines. Instead of showing his comments, the propaganda media company decided to omit it entirely so no one is able to hear what he actually said.”

‘A typical example of biased hit journalism’
Rugg also added, “They then 'fact-checked' him after the fact so he was unable to respond. The media is nothing more than a propaganda outlet to fuel the agenda of the elites in the Democratic Party. Media playbook: Give an interview. Don't play the whole interview. Vaguely quote the person. Vaguely interpret what they said. ‘Fact Check’ them so they can't respond.”

Rugg has received support from others as well, as a user shared, “The ‘fact checkers’ are human with human biases.” Another one wrote, “A typical example of biased hit journalism, where character assassination and gaslighting is carried out. ...but we can see through it.”

The third user said, “Are they really a news organization? They certainly can push certain progressive issues, but real news….nah!” “That will be the last interview any candidate other than Biden will give them unless it is live 🤣🤣,” the fourth one stated.

A person remarked, “What ABC did to his interview was sickening.” Another person added, "I'm fine if ABC wants to follow RFK Jr comments with a different view: ie as she says ‘no link autism from multiple studies involving more than a million children’ but they need to FIRST show RFK Jr's comments. Otherwise just patronizing. @ABC @MegynKellyShow did it well!”

RFK, Jr. will have to learn, like Trump did. Trump would tape the interview himself so when the communist state-run fake media tried to censor it, he could show the “real” interview himself. It worked.
