Is Markiplier on OnlyFans? YouTuber's 'thirsty' fans eagerly wait for his next 'tasteful' drop

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Asian-American YouTuber Markiplier, 33, launched his OnlyFans account over two months ago and his fans were so hyped up that the site reportedly crashed. OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform launched in 2016 that allows creators to share exclusive content with their fans. 

Markiplier joined YouTube in 2012 with the intent to post comedy sketches, in which he would play all the characters. This is what led to the coinage of "Markiplier," a blend of words "Mark" and "multiplier." However his real name is Mark Edward Fischbach. Markiplier later gained popularity with his 'Let's Play' videos of popular video games including 'Amnesia: The Dark Descent' and  'Minecraft'. He has 3.34 million subscribers. Apart from being a YouTuber, he is also the co-founder of the clothing company Cloak, with fellow YouTuber Jacksepticeye and a co-host of the 'Distractible' podcast. He also co-hosted the now-defunct Unus Annus channel. In his decade-long career as a content creator, Markiplier has managed to amass 19 billion views in total. One of his projects, 'In Space With Markiplier', was recently nominated at the 2022 Children's and Family Emmy Awards.

Is Markiplier on OnlyFans?

Markiplier started his OnlyFans account on December 9, 2022. The account stated, "All proceeds will be donated to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital [which is Markiplier's hometown] and the World Food Program." It further added, "I'm "pleased" to inform you that you've found Markiplier's (me) Official Tasteful Nudes Only Fans. And for that, I am proud and/or ashamed of you. Be aware that this is real and I am really me. Simply read this in my voice (but be sure to give my voice in your head a posh judgmental attitude, yeah that's the one) and you'll know the truth of it. Anyway, enough reading. You didn't come here for that I'm sure..."

Did Markiplier's Only Fans page crash?

Altogether two months before creating the account, the YouTuber had promised that he would launch his OnlyFans account if fans made his podcasts rise up on the charts. Then in December 2022, when Markiplier's account finally went live, his fans reportedly crashed the page by overloading it, as per Insider.

Long wait for the next drop

Fans were extremely excited for Markiplier's OnlyFans."The only OnlyFans account I've ever subbed to was Markiplier's BUT I HAVE A GOOD REASON FOR THAT," wrote a Twitter user. Even a person who was not a fan wrote, "I’m not a markiplier lover fan but i’m curious about his only fans."

However, fans have been eagerly awaiting a third drop on the OnlyFans account, which last saw a post on December 17, 2022. "I think markiplier forgot about his Onlyfans its been over a month and still no drop 3," wrote a user, while another chipped in, "Mark when is the next OnlyFans drop? It's been over a month and we are thirsty."
