TUSKEGEE, ALABAMA: Mama June Shannon has alarmed viewers with a new video in which she appears to have a red face. The star's fans pushed her to "get checked out" in the comments section.

"Hey guys. I know I look like a hot mess right now, but this girl gonna get me right," she started the video. Mama June appeared in the video that was uploaded on Friday, November 25, with unkempt hair, a red face, and eyelashes. June promoted the small business Eminence Beauty in the video before having their experts do her eyelashes. The TLC celebrity advised her fans to go to the store if they needed any eye care services. June's eyes did seem more attractive after the treatment, but her face was still covered in red blotches, and her hair was still pulled back in a sloppy bun.

Furthermore, the 43-year-old's speech appeared a little strange, as if she was slurring her words. The reality star even showed off her afterlook, and while her eyelashes were fuller, her face and hair remained the same.

A handful of them advised June to get her face looked out since it shouldn't look like that. Someone stated, "You should be checked for Lupus. That redness in your face looks like the telltale 'butterfly rash.'" "You should see a dermatologist," commented another concerned fan. "Do you have lupus Why is your face red all the time?" wondered a third.

Mama June Shannon had already been hospitalized in September. The news was initially reported by TMZ, which stated that emergency steps were taken during Shannon's routine doctor's office visit on September 19. The 'Mama June: Road to Redemption' star notified her doctor that she had been suffering from terrible headaches and dizziness. Her doctor apparently opted to admit her to the hospital as a precaution. At the time, doctors were trying to figure out what was causing Shannon's agony. The reality star also revealed to the news outlet that she has been hospitalized since her appointment earlier that week and that she has had various tests to assist determine her prognosis.

Shannon has had several health issues throughout the years. Shannon became legally blind as a result of untreated childhood cataracts. She has also struggled with her weight, having previously had a gastric sleeve treatment and a belly tuck to help her lose weight. Shannon has also worked with a trainer. Shannon recently claimed that she had gained weight since being sober after a lengthy struggle with drug addiction, but she is still happy.

"With my weight loss, I have, as I like to tell people, gained that healthy COVID weight. I've put on probably about 60-70 pounds," in 2021, she told TooFab. "Am I happy the way I am? Yeah. When I was a size 2 at 150, I was way too damn small. Now I'm 250 and I feel good. Even when I was 500, people didn't believe I was 500."
