Caroline Camille Cruz and Catherine Christiane Cruz are Ted Cruz's two daughters. Caroline is popular on social media. Her TikTok account gained popularity after she started posting lip-sync videos and talking about her father's extreme conservative views. Caroline is the Cruz family's eldest child and Catherine is her 11-year-old older sister. Senator Cruz and his wife, Heidi, made headlines when they whisked their children away to Cancun, Mexico, in February 2021. At the time, Texas was dealing with a terrible winter storm that had left millions of residents without power.
During Ted's presidential campaign in 2016, she was seen sprinting away from him several times. When he tried to kiss his daughter in front of the cameras, she squirmed out of his grasp.
Ted's eldest daughter also took issue with her mother working while on unpaid leave to support his 2016 campaign. Caroline, who was seven when the campaign started, was perplexed as to why her mother quit her job as a managing director at Goldman Sachs because of her husband's presidential campaign, according to the wife of the Texas senator in a piece on her in The Atlantic, as per reports.
