A wedding guest has received immense backlash online for stealing the spotlight from the bride by wearing a plunging navy dress that shows off ample cleavage. An image, which first surfaced online, was shared to the Reddit thread r/trashy that shows a group of nine posing in front of the camera at a bridal party. However, among them, a woman could not help but stand out more than others.

The Reddit post has received mixed reactions with many disapproving of the guest taking all the attention while some other Redditors claimed those criticizing the woman were being misogynistic. In the photo, the bride can be seen wearing a full-length strappy white dress with flowers in her hair. "She's purposefully putting herself in front of the bride and hanging her boobs dead center," the first comment read. "The more you look, the worse it gets," another read. "Kinda feel bad for the bride in all honesty," a commenter said, while another added: "This is the trashiest wedding photo I've ever seen."
'She can’t help that she has larger breasts'
However, some users rushed to her defense, noting that there is nothing she can do about her natural body shape. "She can’t help that she has larger breasts. The same dress on a woman with smaller breasts wouldn’t be considered her “trying to get attention”. People are so hypercritical of busty women, it’s sad," a user said. Despite the caption blatantly pointing out that the guest wants to steal the spotlight, another Redditor wrote: "Yeah, she doesn't really look like she's actually trying to steal the spotlight.
