MOSCOW, IDAHO: The investigation into the gruesome massacre of four University of Idaho students continues as the police are yet to name a potential suspect that would drive the search further. The lack of results has driven some Internet sleuths to look into the matter themselves and are now trying to make sense of this murder that has left the officials baffled. People are wondering how there is no evidence leading to the suspect if the murder was a "blood-soaked crime scene" as explained by the officials earlier.
Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were stabbed to death on November 13, 2022, between 3 and 4 am in a famous party pad located on King Road. All four students were brutally stabbed to death and the Coroner examining the bodies revealed that the attacks were indeed personal. The crime scene was soaked in blood and an expert told Fox News Digital that the abundance of blood in itself is a challenge in this Idaho murder investigation. Joseph Scott Morgan, a distinguished scholar of applied forensics at Jacksonville State University, said, "From a blood evidence standpoint, this is a profoundly bloody scene. It's going to be a very complicated case when you go through blood evidence when you go to do DNA typing. It's a major challenge." The concept of 'commingling of blood' is hindering the investigation.

However, one curious social media user has asked the burning question. Posted on a Facebook group called 'University of Idaho Murders - Case Discussion', one user asked, "I literally have 1 burning question. How in the HELL did the guy leave 0 prints or any trace blood anywhere? He was DRENCHED in blood no doubt. Blood wherever he walked to and his destination. Isn’t blood a powerful tool? Well, we have an ABUNDANCE."
Internet sleuths question lack of evidence in Idaho quadruple murders
One curious user commented on the post saying, "How did he leave the house without any bloody footprints, etc? Did he wear a hazmat suit? There had to be blood outside of the bedrooms I would think. Why didn’t the surviving roommates see blood? Instead they reported an “unconscious person” to 9-1-1. Doesn’t make sense. But I’m sure there is much more to this than LE is letting on."
One user commented, "I'm sure he did leave dna, finger & footprints, & has probably been in and out of house more than once, problem is so did everyone else. party house is full of all that stuff, from all sorts of folks, then the police and the sigma chi friends in and out morning of."

One membered theorized, "I am sure there is a lot of biological evidence and DNA. This is like an ocean of a crime scene to process. And they had a party the night before. I can’t even imagine how much DNA is in that house from so many people who are innocent so it’s a lot of work to rule out the innocents and make sure you have enough to without a doubt convict the guilty. I am sure the guilty will use defense that their dna was in house because they were friend etc. so the prosecution needs solid indisputable evidence so this psycho doesn’t have a hung jury or get set free!"
Another member wrote, "I've been trying to figure out how the blood trail wasn't screaming!"
