'Insiders': 5 things you need to know about Netflix's Spanish reality show
Everyone wants to make it big on reality TV. But it is easier said than done. Making your mark on a reality show can come in many ways; sometimes, you're the hero or the villain, without even realizing it. At best, all you can do is be your authentic self and hope that it's what resonates with the audience. Coming off as fake can be a major turn-off, so it is vital to be true to who you are. Enter 'Insiders', a Spanish reality show where contestants aren't aware they are on TV quite yet. This new format is all set to switch up reality TV as we know it! Who are starring?
Najwa Nimri
Nimri is all set to take on the role of the host for the new series. She is an actress and a singer, best known for her role in the 'Money Heist' hit Netflix series. She has won several accolades for her work, including her roles in 'Lovers of the Arctic Circle' and 'Lucía y el sexo'. She was nominated for the Goya Award for Best Actress for her role in 'Who will sing to you'. Her other works include 'Vis a Vis: El Oasis', 'Vis a vis', 'The Tree of Blood', 'La octava dimensión', 'Quién te cantará', '10,000 Nights Nowhere', 'The Wine of Summer', 'Verbo' and 'Even the Rain'.

What is 'Insiders' all about?
'Insiders' is Netflix's first Spanish original reality show. Hosted by 'Money Heist' actor Najwa Nimri, the show follows a unique format altogether. The contestants here are made to believe that they are in the qualification rounds for a reality show. However, unbeknownst to them, the filing starts right from the get-go, with the camera's constantly rolling. These 12 contestants find themselves on a 17200 sq. ft. soundstage complete with 250 hidden microphones and 70 hidden cameras. At the end of it all, the winner stands a chance to walk away with €100,000 ($117,720).
As per the logline of the show -- "Twelve people think they're in a final round of casting for a reality show. In fact, they're already secretly filmed, with 100,000 euros at stake."
