IDAHO, MOSCOW: Nearly four weeks after Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were killed on November 13, 2022, the assailant is still at large. Recently a neighbor next to the murder house revealed he had noticed an unidentified SUV car a few blocks away from the crime scene. Inan Harsh, 30, originally from Pullman, who was living next to the victims' house, has spoken up about a suspicious black SUV car in the area. The same individual even reported he may have heard some screams around 4.00 am when the students were butchered in their own beds.

The Moscow Police Department is already looking for a white Hyundai Elantra, so police may soon find proof concerning the person who killed the four University of Idaho students. Police suspect that near-by residents may be able to provide more leads about what happened on the night of the quadruple homicide.

Harsh claimed that when he returned early that morning, he immediately went back to the investigators at the house to report a black luxury SUV that he had never seen before in the neighborhood and that was parked a short distance from the front of the house, as reported by Statesman.

In response to that, Moscow Police Department said they hadn't heard anything regarding a black SUV and stated, "We have not heard anything about an SUV, however, if there is something we need the public assistance , we will release it like we did for Hyundai," as reported by News Nation.

Earlier the police authorities shared the details of the white Hyundai Elantra and asked for public assistance to find out details of the vehicle. The department stated on Wednesday, December 7, in a statement, "Detectives are interested in speaking with the occupant(s) of a white 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra, with an unknown license plate. Tips and leads have led investigators to look for additional information about a vehicle in the immediate area of the King Street residence during the early morning of November 13. Investigators believe the occupant(s) of this vehicle may have critical information to share regarding this case."

The specifics are unknown. The automobile, however, was discovered along King Street in the "early morning hours of November 13." According to Fox News, the car could aid in the murder probe, for which Idaho Governor Brad Little has set aside $1 million in state emergency funds.
