MOSCOW, IDAHO: A sports bar in Moscow, Idaho has reportedly been facing issues since the brutal slayings of four University of Idaho students in the early hours of November 13. The reason behind it is that in the hours before their murders in their off-campus rental home, two of the four victims – Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen – were allegedly seen at the Corner club bar in downtown Moscow.

As per reports, the two students went to the bar on that night only to be murdered after they came back home. The two other victims who were killed in the early hours of November 13 were their housemate Xana Kernodle and her boyfriend Ethan Chapin. CCTV footage from the Corner Club was shared on Reddit a few days ago that apparently showed the two girls standing inside the bar at around 1.32 am.

At the time, Corner Club had reportedly said, “Our hearts are hurting. Hug your loved ones, call that friend you haven’t talked to for too long, be there for each other, travel home safely.” Also, in a statement, police had shared, “Investigators believe someone has information that adds context to what occurred on the night of the murders. whether you believe it is significant or not.”

Rumors apparently began to surface that the alleged killer, Bryan Kohberger, was also at the same bar before he executed his evil plan. Recently, the club issued a denial by tweeting a statement, declaring, “Suspect was not and has not been here. No one was removed from the bar the evening of the incident. Stop calling us.” But it seems not everyone is sympathetic towards the sports bar. One person with a username @solomonworschel tweeted in response, “Whatever.  Your issues with people ‘calling’ you are not a single portion of what the families of these murdered children are dealing with—sorry for your slight inconvenience. Morons.”

When the Corner club rebuked that person, “You are 100% correct. What we are dealing with is nothing compared to the families. But it doesn’t make harassing us or them okay. Do you have a badge?  No?  Stay in your lane,” they fired back saying, “You’re a garbage dive bar in a garbage college town: stay in YOUR lane. Keep your mouth shut and deal with the mild inconvenience. You’ll be back to serving $2.00 Coors Lights in no time. Trash.”

But those in charge of Corner Club's Twitter handle also did not give up, firing back with the words, “And you’re hiding behind a keyboard,” resulting in another comment from @solomonworschel, who said, “As are you. You’re gonna lose this one, sorry.  Shut your mouth. ‘People stop calling us?!?!?!?’” Corner club then asserted, “My info is public.”

However, there were people who were kind towards Corner Club as a user tweeted, “Idahoan here, so sorry for the harassment @cornerclub is experiencing. I've only heard good things about the establishment from people who have actually been there. Sending you all so much love ❤️ during this difficult time.” Another one shared, “I am so sorry you & the rest of the staff are having to deal with this harassment on top of grieving with the rest of the community. People can be absolutely disgraceful sometimes.”

“Hoping it calms down for you guys so you can grieve and start to recover as a community from the horror this man brought upon your town and it's residents,” the third user wrote and the fourth one added, “I can’t believe people actually call . Like the audacity. But I can’t believe you answer the phone goes to show a small town . Sorry that town is going through this .. 🙏”
