The near-six-minute episode features a more intimate view of who he is as a solo artiste featuring in-studio sessions, his physical training for action sequences and more. At the beginning of the episode, Bobby expresses how he wants to introduce himself as a lucky man and how he stepped into music. He explains that he fell in love with rapping and music-making during his days in middle school.
After a segment of Bobby rehearsing a fight scene at action school, he then speaks about how he's breaking the perception of people who still see him as a contestant on 'Show Me the Money 3'. He said that after the show he was upset for several years and wanted to do something more because he thinks the public still view him as the Bobby back then.
Speaking of the songs in 'Lucky Man', the rapper explains that the album is in a loop — conveying a message of going through thick and thin and then coming out strong again. He explains that the album's opener 'U Mad' showcases the LP's most vigorous side.
Fan reactions
Fans on YouTube are loving the first episode of 'Bobby_Hind' and appreciating all the effort he has put into 'Lucky Man'. "This man is so pure. When he said he wouldn't want to be a bad influence is just so sweet. He looks cool and swag at the outside, but sweet on the inside. This is why I can't fall out of love with this Bobby guy. Anyone can't copy him. I love him being himself," said a fan.
One fan wrote, "bobby has clearly stated his good intentions and that is the most endearing thing from him. he is not your typical rapper who just talks about sex, drugs, money and cursing. i love bobby so much and i hope he knows we all appreciate his hard work. go get it bobby! go get it ikon!" "He is a genius. He thought about almost everything. He is that careful. He participated even in the littlest detail of the comeback. We are proud of you!" a fan wrote.
"We know his is a lively person not arrogant like everyone likes to portray yg and their artists. Him taking a break to rethink what exactly he wants with music I bet its always an artists struggle. Him choosing to be an influence and not just anyone just putting music out to please. He wants to create his own craft and no wonder why it took long. Knowing the 'raining' was written because he was on his low. I respect your hustle. Continue showing us your craft," added another fan.
