'I think that was very cold'
So far, 'Young, Famous & African' Season 2 has been a lot of fun. Nadia Nakai gushed over her late boyfriend AKA in the first few episodes of the Netflix reality series. We've seen Annie Idibia sob over her husband 2Baba's adultery, and celebrity stylist Swanky Jerry leap down everyone's necks.
Bonang makes her grand appearance in Episode 1 at a dinner party organized by Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz.
Swanky, a Nigerian socialite and fashion designer, introduces her to the exclusive group. However, as soon as Bonang enters the party, Nadia and her friend Khanyi Mbau leave. In a confessional, Bonang stated, "I feel very awkward. Because just how people welcome me, I think that was very cold."
Nadia subsequently admits to holding a grudge towards Queen B. Without delving into specifics, the rapper describes their relationship as follows, "I think I was more heartbroken, 'cause I really felt like she was my sis. You know, things happen in a relationship. You fall out, and that’s ok."
