Hunter Biden's baby mama Lunden Roberts demands first son be jailed for 'playing games' with court
HEBER SPRINGS, ARKANSAS: The mother of Hunter Biden's four-year-old daughter has requested a judge to throw Hunter behind bars until he provides his financial records as required by the court. Lawyers for Lunden Roberts claimed the 53-year-old son of President Joe Biden has not furnished "a single item or word of discovery" with respect to their child support lawsuit.
Roberts, a stripper by profession, brought the lawsuit against Biden after their alleged 2017 fling resulted in the birth of their daughter, Navy Joan Roberts. The plaintiff's legal team insisted the recovering drug addict should be incarcerated at the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with a court order to hand over financial documents related to the case.

'The defendant is playing games with this court'
Roberts' attorney, Clinton Lancaster, said in a court filing, "In those two months, the defendant has provided no additional discovery - not so much as one single item or word - and has failed to supplement his answers at the court's directive. There is no valid excuse or justification for the defendant's failure to provide the required disclosures as the court has granted every single protective order the defendant has asked for since the inception of this case." Lancaster added, "The defendant is playing games with this court."
The attorney called on Circuit Judge Holly Meyer to hold Hunter in contempt of court. "The defendant’s actions are a willful and flagrant violation of this court’s previous order entered on the defendant’s motion," Lancaster stated, adding, "This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery. In the alternative, this court should sanction the defendant as appropriate and just."
Questionable finances
The sensational case is reportedly expected to head toward a two-day bench trial in July, before which Biden will have to submit to a deposition in June, when Roberts’ lawyers will likely prod him about his various business practices and overseas ventures. He will likely also be asked how his finances could have plummeted since he's selling paintings for up to $500,000 a piece under his latest career move as an abstract artist.
It's worth noting that Roberts has already won $2.5 million in a settlement from Biden after she took him to court in 2019 and forced him to take a DNA test proving he was indeed the biological father of their daughter, Navy Joan. The blonde-haired tot is reportedly the fourth of Biden's five children, but neither he nor his parents have ever met or publicly acknowledged the child.
Biden's legal team attempts to block expert witness
What's more? Biden's legal team is also trying to prevent Roberts from roping in Garrett Ziegler, an ex-Donald Trump staffer, as an expert witness. The first son and his pal, Kevin Morris, are suing Zeigler for alleged harassment and invasion of privacy in a separate case related to his infamous laptop discovery. "The last time I checked, the opposing party does not get to choose the other party's expert witness," Lancaster reportedly wrote to his counterparts on April 21. "Even if Mr. Ziegler were not an expert, which he is a bona fide expert on Hunter Biden, I would hire him as a staff member of my law firm for his work on this case. I don't know or understand the problem with Mr. Ziegler, other than that Mr. Biden and his California attorney, Kevin Morris, are suing him in Delaware," he added, per the Daily Mail.
