Who is the 'BIG GUY'? Hunter Biden's associate's messages on laptop scandal could offer clues, claims report
A business associate of Hunter Biden referred to "the Big Guy" in an email, fueling suspicions that the nickname is that of President Joe Biden. This is the second time the reference was made. A British businessman named James Gilliar emailed his associates back in 2017, including Hunter, to formalize ways to divide the spoils from their deal with China's largest private energy company.
Gilliar wrote that the proceeds would be split between four partners, including 'JG' and 'H', assumed to be herself and Hunter. She specified that it would be split with 20 per cent each. Of the remaining 20 per cent, 10 per cent would be given to 'Jim', assumed to be Hunter's uncle Jim Biden, and "10 held by H for the big guy". If the 'big guy' is Biden, his claims of not being involved in his son's business dealings would be proven wrong.

On Wednesday, July 27, a second reference by Gilliar to "the big guy" was discovered. In October 2020, Gilliar discussed whether what was revealed about Hunter's business from his laptop would harm his father's presidential campaign. "If they lose, honestly, I don't think that the Big Guy really cares about that because he'll be too busy focusing on all the other s*** he is doing," Gilliar wrote in a text message obtained by a Republican source and passed on to The New York Post. Tony Bobulinski, another business partner, reportedly said in October 2020 that Joe Biden was indeed "the big guy".
Hunter's business dealings are currently being investigated by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, a prosecutor appointed by former President Donald Trump. Earlier in July, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that she would not comment on anything regarding Hunter Biden's laptop.
Biden has maintained that he has no involvement with his son's international business. Several voicemails, however, showed otherwise. In fact, an earlier report published by the Daily Mail revealed that Biden spoke with Hunter about his business dealings with a Chinese criminal, dubbed the 'spy chief of China' by Hunter.
Republican Rep James Comer, the ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform who will take over investigations if the GOP wins back the majority in November, told the Daily Mail, "It's no surprise Biden officials refuse to answer basic questions about Joe Biden's involvement with Hunter Biden's shady foreign business dealings. Joe Biden claims he never talked to Hunter about these business deals, but evidence continues to mount that Joe Biden is the 'Big Guy' and benefited from the Biden family's transactions. When Republicans take back the House, the Biden Administration won't be allowed to keep hiding information from the American people. We'll use the gavel to get answers."
Biden had reportedly attended a Washington, DC dinner with Hunter's Ukrainian, Kazakh, and Russian business associates in 2015. He also met Jonathan Li, a Chinese business partner of Hunter, when he took his son on a 2013 Air Force 2 trip to China. Biden also reportedly entertained Hunter's Mexican billionaire business partners Carlos Slim and Miguel Aleman Velasco at the White House and the VP's official residence after the trip. More evidence mounted up as emails on Hunter's laptop revealed that he and his father shared a bank account and paid each other's bills. Hunter's business partner Eric Schwerin reportedly did Biden's taxes.
