Once a character has been made in Honkai: Star Rail, players can use that account to link it once the event begins on Wednesday, April 26. Enter Twitch and link your account to their existing one. Twitch Drops will be activated as a result.

Simply watch streaming right now. Only a select few Twitch streamers will be offering the drops, and they typically mention that they have "enabled" or "dropped on" in their stream description. Find a streamer who is showing Honkai: Star Rail by going to the category for the game and looking through all of the streamers there. The limited edition Twitch Drop items for Honkai: Star Rail can be obtained by listening to the stream in the background once it has loaded.
