LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: One of the accusers of Danny Masterson has revealed her horrible experiences with the star. The victim, labeled as 'Jane Doe 2', is also an actress who appeared in a network TV sitcom in 2000. She claimed on Wednesday, November 2, at Los Angeles Superior Court, "It was rape - and he was like a predator." Further, she said he targeted her "like a piece of meat."

She further explained how he raped her in the shower at his home, and despite her pleas to stop, he kept "pounding from behind like a jackhammer." Masterson has pleaded not guilty and was set free upon a $3.3 million bail in the case where he allegedly raped three women at his Hollywood hills home between 2001 and 2003.

He might face a sentence of up to 45 years in prison if convicted. According to DailyMail, Jane Doe 2 further revealed that when she was just 22 or 23, she hung out with a group of scientists, including the defendant. She also narrated that between October and December 2003 during one of the nights, "Masterson started staring at me in such a laser-focused way, like he was boring a hole in my head." She added, "It was very intimidating."

Jane Doe 2 added that she even felt a little flattered and gave her cell phone number when he asked. He texted after one or two days and she explains, "He was very aggressive. He started commanding and demanding that I come over right now and saying 'bring a bathing suit, you're going in my pool and my Jacuzzi…like I was some floozie or something. It was obnoxious. I was like, ask me on a date why don't you."

Jane Doe 2 claims that one of her friends told her, "Danny really likes you." When she went to his home, "I set conditions - I thought I could probably control the situation," she said. "I told him I'm not going in your pool, I'm not going in your Jacuzzi, I'm not putting on a bikini, I'm not taking off my clothes. I told him we could talk, have a glass of wine, then I'd go home." She explained, "He handed me a glass of red wine right away. He was staring at me and he said, 'Drink it now." Later, he just told me 'just drink that, finish the wine, just drink it.'"

The victim further added, "Masterson ordered me to 'take off your clothes right now. You're going in the Jacuzzi. If you don't take off your clothes, I will. He was like a drill sergeant." She then appealed to the jurors, "I think (Masterson) started to take off my clothes." At that point, she "started to feel very heavy in my body. Thinks became much more fuzzy….It was like a numbness, very intense - like being drunk."

She told Deputy District Attorney that she had 'never' had a reaction like that before to red wine. She explained, "I can't remember how I got in there, I remember us kissing heavily, groping….fingering. But I was trying to keep it from escalating. I did not want to have sex, intercourse. I did not want to be in the Jacuzzi. I did not want him touching my vagina. As this escalated I said, 'We cannot have sex, Danny.' I was trying to control the situation."

When she got out of the Jacuzzi, she remembered, "Masterson ordered me to 'go get in my shower right now.' I obeyed because he was so commanding." Later, the victim joined him in the shower and said, "I was against the wall and he was kissing me very intensely. I think he started to finger me. I said, 'No, no." She added, "All of a sudden he went inside me, my vagina, with his penis. And I freaked out. I felt, 'What the f—-!. " Further, she claimed, "I told him, 'What are you doing? I told you no."

Jane Doe 2 stated, "I had told him earlier that there would be no intercourse. One hundred percent, I was not ok with anything more than kissing." Apparently, the defendant asked her to "Get on my bed after the shower." She told the jurors, "I was at the point where I was obeying him,' said Jane Doe 2, who estimated that she was about 122 pounds and 5ft 8in at the time of the encounter. "He had just raped me in the shower. I did not know what to do other than obeying him now." She told the jury that on the bed, she 'pleaded' with Masterson. "I said, 'Please Danny, we cannot have sex. Will you promise me?' And he said 'OK, OK."

Further, she added, "I was pleading with, saying Danny we can't have sex and then he said, 'That's it.' And he flipped me over on the bed and started pounding me from behind, really hard." She then said, "He was standing, holding my hips from behind thrusting fast and hard. He was penetrating my vagina." The victim also added, "I was shocked. I told him, 'I told you not to do that. What are you doing? I looked around behind me and I could see he didn't have a condom on."

She explained, "I said, 'If you're not going to listen to me, at least put a condom on. I think he might have put a condom on - I'm not sure. He just kept pounding and pounding so hard it hurt. It felt like he was hitting my cervix…..It was like a jackhammer." She also claimed, "I was feeling awful, out of it, scared, in pain [...] Like a rag doll, not totally in charge of myself. Just limp, spent, exhausted."

Masterson ejaculated on her stomach and then told her, "Wait there, I'll get a hot, wet towel for you," she remembered. "Like now he was trying to be a gentleman. He went to get the towel and wiped it off." She also claimed, "I was confused, overwhelmed. I was trying to arrange it so it would not be violent in my head. I did not want it to be rape for so many reasons. We (Masterson and her) were in the same church. I did not want to think of somebody in the church who I was friendly with as a rapist."

"Emotionally, at that time I could not process a rape. I could not think of him that way. In the church (of Scientology), he was considered more important than me," she added.

Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller later asked, "Do you feel differently about it today?" She answered, "Absolutely. It was rape and he was like a predator." She added that Masterson targeted her 'like a piece of meat.' The actress confessed that she just told her mom that Masterson was rough with her.

She said, "I could not say that to my mom. I told her he was very rough with me."  The actress confirmed that she did not reach out to the Church of Scientology because, just a year before, she was raped by a member of the church. The victim claimed, "I said I felt that this was rape and the (Scientology) chaplain showed me policy that it was not allowed under any circumstances to accuse, think about or report it to law enforcement."

Jane Doe 2 approached the court in 2017 for the incident that happened in 2003. When Mueller inquired if she went through any harassment, stalking, or intimidation, she responded, "Yes, for six years, constant. It began when I reported my rape to law enforcement." She criticized Detective Esther Reyes for his approach to the investigation and claimed, "I felt we (she and the other two alleged victims) were in danger. She (Detective Reyes) was not professional. She was not interviewing other witnesses."

Masterson's attorney Philip Cohen asked her, "Did you follow Detective Reyes' instructions?" She said, "No." Further, he asked, "Did you tell Detective Reyes it was your right to speak with whoever you wanted to speak with?" "I did," she answered. Cohen also asked if Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 3 flooded her with any information, which she denied. Later, the actress admitted that on the evening the incident happened, she was attracted to Masterson's confidence.

She claimed that she thought they "could have had something romantic" in mind when she first agreed to go to his house and that she was "ok with flirting, even kissing, between the two of them." When asked if it was possible that she may have started undressing herself before getting in the Jacuzzi, she said, "I suppose it's possible. I was out of it." The attorney claimed that she had 'voluntarily' gone upstairs to the shower. She said, "I obeyed him (Masterson)." She admitted to the fact that even after the incident, the duo "continued to fool around" in the bed. The victim also stated, "He was getting heavy and intense - I was trying to manage it."
