MOSCOW, IDAHO: Internet sleuths have found a picture of a man who appears to be Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger. The photo shows Kohberger raising a toast in a room full of people during what seems like some sort of celebration. MEAWW could not independently confirm whether the picture is that of Kohberger.
Kohberger, 28, has been accused of fatally stabbing Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, in their off-campus three-story rented home on November 13, 2022. Kohberger was arrested in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, on December 30, after a massive manhunt.

"It’s weird. He has one of those faces that look drastically different depending on how he is facing, and so there are some photos where he looks like kylo ren actor guy to me, but not in this one. I bet he’s one of those people that if you asked three different people what he looked like you’d get three different answers," one user wrote of the photo on Reddit. "He looks kinda different in every photo lol," one user wrote, to which another replied, "Kind of like a chameleon like Ted Bundy who also looked very different photo to photo."
"I feel like something happened to him. His whole face, demeanor, body language in general, everything. Does anyone else get the same feeling? (Does not excuse murder.)," one user wrote, while another replied, "I feel like you can visibly see he struggles with something inside or maybe it's just me because i also have that and i always think i can see that in other people too lol. But for the rest i feel like he looks like a normal guy honestly." "He looks fuc**** sad/empty in all these photos," one user said. One wrote, "Combination of things. Stress, the struggles of life, demonic possession. Demons/spirits at work influencing him. Some say nature vs nurture…Definitely not an excuse. Hope he finds the truth among the lies."
Meanwhile, records of evidence recovered from Kohberger's house were unsealed on January 18. Cops searched his Washington apartment after his arrest in Pennsylvania and found possible animal hair strands, disposable gloves, and items with red and brown stains. They have also recovered receipts, mattress covers, and the dust container of a vacuum cleaner. Among other things, they also collected a Fire TV stick during their search. All of these recovered items are now being stored at the Washington State University Police department for further investigation.
