Violetta Razdumina, fondly known as Vivi, entered 'Terrace House: Tokyo 2019-2020' after Haruka Okuyama's exit. Her entry was well received by Emika Mizukoshi and Hana Kimura, as Vivi appeared to be much more fun than Haruka was. Hana even went on to the extent of calling her an elder sister and the trio got along like a house on fire.

Ryo Tawatari was away for a game when Vivi along with other new housemates Kai Kobayashi and Tupas Johnkimverlu entered the house to replace the housemates who exited the show. However, he and Vivi seemed to develop a liking towards each other since the first time they interacted. Ryo had just returned from the game, injured, crutches in both hands and even though Hana Kimura took the onus to care for the player who she also has a major crush on, the former managed to strike a connection with Vivi.

After his injury, Ryo was spending a lot of time at home and Hana had decided on spending most of her time with Ryo and confess her feelings to him. She admitted to having "fuzzy feelings" for him but Ryo was disinterested, maybe it was bad timing because he had just told her about the shame that he's been carrying for the past couple of days because of his bad form in the games.

Later that evening the old housemates had decided to throw a Halloween themed welcome party for the new members. Ryo and Vivi's chemistry was electrifying and everyone including Hana was witness to the same. Later that night, Hana asked Vivi if she's drawn towards anyone in the house and when Vivi chose to reserve her comment, Hana told her that she noticed a connection between them.

Vivi's effortless charm had Ryo enamored and the two continued spending most of their time together. Hana was putting up a brave front all along but she broke down in tears when she saw both of them abandon the dinner table to find somewhere private to chat. It was very visible that both of them like each other and Hana felt really helpless in that situation.

Hana was consoled by Kai and in the playroom where she told him that she's never been good at dating or love in the past and doesn't want to give up trying this time. She knew that Ryo has zero romantic interest towards her but she had decided to give it her best shot even if it meant for him to like her a little bit, if not fall in love with her.

'Terrace House: Tokyo 2019-2020' Part 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
