Gutierrez J Enain: Georgia man survives car crash but killed after hit by tractor-trailer as he lay on I-20
CLEBURNE COUNTY, GEORGIA: A Freightliner tractor-trailer in Cleburne County ran over and killed a man from Georgia. Gutierrez J Enain was the victim, according to Alabama State Troopers. He resided in Smyrna and was 28 years old.
The collision occurred at 4:20 a.m. on Wednesday on I-20 about four miles west of Heflin. Sadly, Enain was identified as dead on the site, according to Senior Trooper Justin O'Neal, as reported by Al.com.

How did Gutierrez J Enain die?
According to the authorities, Enain was a passenger in an earlier collision. He got out of the destroyed car and "subsequently laid down in the roadway." At that point, according to O'Neal, Enain was hit by the 2023 Freightliner being operated by Hoover resident Jonathan Kelley, 32. The inquiry is still ongoing.
The West Los Angeles attack
In a relatively similar incident, CBS reported early on Friday, February 17, that a person was killed on the 405 Freeway as they were struck by oncoming traffic after being ejected from their own vehicle. At around 2.11 am, West Los Angeles received a report of a multiple-car collision.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol arrived on the scene of the crash at the northbound 405 Freeway and the Santa Monica Blvd. off-ramp and discovered a casualty laying on the motorway. One car hit the center barrier, according to witnesses, and the victim was struck by at least one car after being ejected, they said.
During the CHP's crash investigation, the incident forced the closure of all lanes of the southbound motorway for many hours. The victim was declared dead at the scene only.
Douglasville crash
A tragic collision on Interstate 20 that occurred in Douglasville early on Monday, January 23, is being looked into by police. The collision happened just after six in the morning on I-20 westbound close to Fairburn Road, according to representatives of the Douglasville Police Department per reports from Fox 5.
Investors claim that out of the two autos involved in the collision, one of the drivers died on the spot. The state of the other driver is unknown. When police were on the scene, the westbound lanes of the interstate were closed on Monday, January 23 morning. Since then, the road has reopened. The accident's cause has not yet been identified by investigators. The victim's identity has not been made public.
