'It’s gonna grow out again': ‘Stranger Things’ fans miss Sadie Sink’s long hair after she chops them off, hope it ‘grows out’ soon

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sadie Sink's latest snap showed the actress in a shorter hairstyle, smiling wide while posing in the cockpit of a plane. Fans of the 'Stranger Things' star noticed her hair trimmed into a bob cut and wondered what would happen to her character in the series. The 21-year-old's hairstyle was also seen in a recently shared video on TikTok in which she was in New York City singing with a friend's band during their performance.

Sink made her debut in the science fiction horror drama during its second season on Netflix. The series aired in 2017 has leading performers including Millie Bobby Brown, Winona Ryder, and David Harbour. 'The Whale' actress portrayed Max Mayfield in the hit show and is set to return for the program's fifth and final season. Due to the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike, the show's final season filming is currently delayed, reported Daily Mail.

Sink says Max has 'got a lot of life and hope in her'

During an interview with Elle, Sink talked about her character in 'Stranger Things'. "I think with Max, ultimately, she's fun and she's very innocent and I think she's got a lot of life and hope in her. And she's a good friend," Sink said.

"I really want them to tell me what's happening because I have a lot of questions. But we'll get them when we get them," she said about not knowing the fate of her character. Talking about the show's delay in releasing the final season, Sink said, "It's the final season. We're not rushing anything. We're going to take their time on this one [and] get it right."

Croatia Airlines shared an image on their official Twitter page that showed Sink spending time on their flight. Sink's fans reacted to her new look and commented on what her new look would mean for her character in the show.

"I miss Sadie Sink’s long hair I’m serious," a fan wrote on Twitter. "Plus I’m pretty sure it’s like a 38-day shoot?? Like it’s gonna be like that till the end of June then it’s gonna grow out again please," a fan remarked. The fan also tweeted, "And I’m pretty sure she mentioned before when she was talking about the length her hair is for Max that it grows really fast so I don't know what people are freaking out about." Another fan wrote, "but there are people who are almost dying bc of it they think her hair will never grow back"
