Teddy Altman hasn't been winning many fans on 'Grey's Anatomy' of late. Kim Raver who plays Teddy on the show, is well aware of the fact that fans have had a tough time, reconciling themselves with Teddy Altman's erratic behavior. After all, whether it is cheating on fiance Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) with Tom Koracick (Greg Germann) or keeping crucial aspects of her life such as her romantic relationship with her best friend Allison hidden, there has been a lot to contend with.

Raver, however, feels that fans will be a lot more forgiving of Teddy after the upcoming episode. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Raver says, "This episode is really a beautiful story to understand, and it is not an excuse because I also was upset at Teddy. But I think it really explains why Teddy did what she did. She had a lot of loss and I feel like that is a very relatable thing right now. But unfortunately hers just manifested in this really awful behavior and it really talks about the differences -- everyone has a different form of PTSD and how it comes out." But now that it's out, can Teddy make her way back from it? We saw Owen in the trailer for the upcoming episode, saying many soldiers don't make it back from this kind of PTSD.

This has led to fans wondering if this is the end of the road for Teddy. We've seen in the trailer that Teddy is suffering from hallucinations, which Isobel Stevens (Katherine Heigl) who was suffering from a brain tumor also went through on the show. One fan said on YouTube, "I hope teddy is okay They better not pull an izzie and give her a tumor." Some fans however feel that there is a darker angle in store. One fan on YouTube after seeing the trailer said, "This episodes feels like a suicide risk no joke".

Another fan on YouTube echoed the sentiment saying, "I have a weird feeling they might have her commit suicide because there was a lot of reports doctors committing suicide due to the pandemic and all the stress they were carrying. Ugh so sad." Another fan said, "They've been kinda foreshadowing suicide or attempted suicide. I couldn't tell before who it would be that could skip down that way I thought Schmitt but now I'm thinking Teddy."

Fans are actually surprised Teddy hasn't cracked under the pressure earlier. One fan said, "I mean...it makes sense. She went to war, she was in love with her best mate and then she died. And then she was in love with Owen who constantly reminded her that she wasn't his first choice and the pandemic and loosing her parents and now Deluca. I mean I hate what her character has become but she's been through the ringer. I hope this'll sort of shed light on somethings"

So what is in store for Teddy Altman? Will she be able to make it back from the brink with the help of Owen and her colleagues at 'Grey Sloan Memorial'? Or will Teddy be the next casualty after Andrew DeLuca on the show?
