It’s that time of the year when people gather and celebrate the festival of Christmas with one another. People have already started making plans for the holidays and Lifetime has already made your holiday season even better with their slate of Christmas movies. There are a lot of movies that will be making their way to the network, however, one movie that has managed to captivate the minds of people is ‘Ghosts of Christmas Past’.

The network’s upcoming offering revolves around a woman named Ellie (Annie Clark), who is known for ghosting people on dating apps. However, things get a bit intense when a fortune teller tells her that she needs to make amends with all of those she ghosted before Christmas or else, she might never find true love.

When does ‘Ghosts of Christmas Past’ release and where can you watch it

The upcoming Christmas movie will be premiering exclusively on Lifetime on Tuesday, December 14. According to the network, the movie will be airing at 8 pm EST. Viewers can watch the movie on Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network. Lifetime is also available on Hulu, Sling TV, Philo, Vidgo, AT&T TV, and FuboTV. What is ‘Ghosts of Christmas Past’ all about?

The official synopsis reads, “Ellie (Annie Clark), a serial “ghoster” on dating apps, is told by a fortune teller that she must resolve her past and make amends with all of those she ghosted before Christmas, or she is destined to never find true love! Over the course of one week, she takes it upon herself to track down all the men she ghosted before the stroke of midnight on Christmas Eve and discovers love in the process.”

Who stars in the upcoming Lifetime Christmas film

The upcoming movie will see Annie Clark playing the role of Ellie while Morgan David Jones will be seen portraying the character of Hunter.

Annie Clark

Born in 1992, Annie Clark started her professional career at the age of 16 when she was cast in a cameo role in the television movie ‘Roxy Hunter and the Secret of the Shaman’. However, she received a lot of praise for her role in the series 'Degrassi: The Next Generation’. Since then, she has appeared on projects such as ‘Degrassi Takes Manhattan’, ‘Solo’, ‘Teen Lust’ and ‘Semi-Famous’.



 

Other actors in the movie include Connie Wang as Caroline, Jamaal Grant as Todd, Joey Belfiore as Kevin, Angelica Alejandra as Marina, and Dan Jeannotte. 

Creators

The upcoming Lifetime movie has been directed by Virginia Abramovich while the story is written by Shannon Latimer. On the other hand, Tom Berry, Suzanne Chapman, Barbara Fisher and Lexi Lewis serve as executive producers on the show.
