According to a report by clickorlando.com On Oct 12, a woman reported a man she had matched with on Tinder to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office after he made some disturbing allegations, according to a press release from the Marion County Sheriff's Office. The woman claimed Wallace, the man, repeatedly admitted to sexually assaulting several prepubescent girls.

When the woman showed the deputies the communications, the investigators were given permission to continue communicating with Wallace. The undercover investigators claim they began communicating with Wallace on October 14. On the other hand, Wallace allegedly continued to speak openly about his past illicit sex with juveniles and his frightening expectations for the future. "While conversing with the undercover detectives, Wallace transmitted four images depicting children being sexually abused," the press release states. "Wallace then attempted to arrange a sexual encounter with the woman and offered to bring a young child with him. Wallace claimed to have sexually abused this child in the past. Wallace explained that he had nearly unrestricted access to the child and would be able to take her that afternoon." Then, Wallace allegedly made another incredibly disturbing comment. "During his conversation with undercover detectives, Wallace also explicitly described the process of grooming young children for sexual activity and stated that he hoped to have daughters of his own so that he could begin molesting and sexually battering them as infants," according to the sheriff's office.

According to police, because of the "potential threat" to the juvenile, to whom Wallace allegedly had "unrestricted access," CCSO quickly initiated action to locate Wallace Investigators notified the Marion County Sheriff's Office about Wallace after discovering him in Marion County. Wallace was arrested by MCSO deputies after they arrived at his residence in the 4100 block of SW 22nd Street in Ocala. Marion County officials already knew Wallace. According to the press release, Wallace was the subject of an active investigation by an MCSO detective for allegedly posting CSAM on social media. That investigator was successful in obtaining a search warrant for Wallace's residence. Wallace's tablet and cell phone were found by the investigators who executed the search warrant and were later placed in the evidence file for forensic analysis.

Wallace was taken to the Marion County Jail by deputies. He is currently being held on $95,000 bail. The forensic examination of Wallace's phone and tablet will likely lead to the filing of new charges against him, according to investigators.
