MOSCOW, IDAHO: A Federal Bureau of Investigation surveillance team reportedly directed Indiana police to pull over Bryan Kohberger and his father on December 15 after tracking them on their cross-country road trip from Washington State to Pennsylvania.

The 28-year-old Idaho quadruple murder suspect and his father, Michael Kohberger were pulled over twice within a nine-minute timespan on I-70 while making a 2,500-mile cross-country trip. A law enforcement source told Fox News that the FBI surveillance team had asked police to stop Kohbergers to gather video images of Bryan as well as his hands to build a concrete case for making an arrest. Bryan was arrested on December 30 from his parent’s Poconos house. He has been charged in connection to the killings of Kaylee Gonvalves, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Madison Mogen, 21, in their off-campus home on November 13, 2022.

The Indiana police department has also released body cam footage of their deputies stopping Kohberger’s vehicle on December 15. In one footage, a Hancock County Police officer is seen pulling over the suspect for driving too close to another vehicle. The footage also showed Kohbergers discussing an incident near Washington State University where a SWAT team killed an armed man amid a standoff. “Well, we're coming from WSU," Michael says. "So you're coming from Washington State University, and you're going where?" the deputy asks. To which senior Kohberger replies "We're going to Pennsylvania,"
