A very emotional Jim explained how it's a parents' responsibility to be loving and supportive of their children no matter how difficult it is and even when they don't necessarily understand what their child wants. Jim also added that he was incredibly proud of Sasha.

The duo then got on stage and performed to 'Leaving On a Jet Plane'. Their amazing voices and harmony immediately had Kelly Clarkson and Ariana Grande turning their chairs. The two coaches praised the duo for their incredible performance. Finally, when ti was time for them to pick their coach, Jim and Sasha decided to go with Ariana. But they also wanted to show their love to Blake Shelton. So, Sasha presented Blake with a drawing of the coach with Jim and him. Blake was extremely touched by their sweet gesture and admitted that he felt like a fool for not turning his chair for them.
