Katy Perry and her fellow judges on 'American Idol' were caught on camera unleashing a series of ear-splitting screams - and fans couldn't help but cringe! In a short video posted by Perry, the trio can be seen apparently doing a sound check, but their vocal warm-ups came across as downright terrifying to most viewers. Perry let out a screeching "YEAHHH!" that could make your hair stand on end, while Luke followed up with a cringe-worthy attempt at singing 'Here I come' in the same excruciating tone. Lionel Richie, meanwhile, refrained from screaming but egged on his fellow judges with an enthusiastic 'Swing the clutch.'
