Baekhyun 'Bambi': Live stream, release date and all you need to know about EXO member's album

'Bambi' will mark his third Korean-language extended play in his discography

South Korean singer-songwriter Baekhyun, most commonly known as a member of the K-pop boy group EXO, is set to drop a brand-new solo album at the end of the month.

The idol's agency SM Entertainment took to their social media on March 15 to share the full schedule for the album and its promotions, which will reportedly be an EP iteration titled 'Bambi'. The mini-album follows his self-titled Japanese-language EP released in January this year and 2020's 'Delight' which released in May. 'Bambi' will mark his third Korean-language extended play in his discography.

The schedule includes a host of exciting activities to come this month, so here's all you need to know about the schedule and 'Bambi' below.

Baekhyun's mini-album will be out on major music platforms. Currently, it is available for pre-order at online and offline music stores.

Release date

Fans need not wait for much longer as 'Bambi' is slated for a release date of March 30 at 6 pm KST / 5 am EST. The physical copy of the mini-album, containing six songs, will be released on the same day,

Album schedule

The 'Bambi' schedule promises a number of exciting treats for fans to look forward to leading up to the album's release. First off, fans are getting a mood sampler on March 20. For those who don't know what a mood sampler is, it is a form of teaser that puts the artist in a specific location or atmosphere to give fans a glimpse into the theme or aesthetics of the album. After that, Baekhyun will drop a string of teaser images from March 21 to 24. The second teaser image on March 22 has been specifically noted on the poster as sharing "ALBUM DETAIL". These details could range anything between teasing the style of music on the album, its cover art, themes, and more, but it is anyone's guess as of now, so fans will have to wait and see.

Cue in the plan for March 25 and fans will get a chance to see the first official music video teaser. However, it is unclear what song is getting an accompanying music video.

After more teaser images the following two days, Baekhyun will then release a medley of highlights from his upcoming album on March 28. Another music video teaser comes on March 29, and then, finally, the big day of March 30 will see the album's unveiling plus the release of the music video.
