Spoiler alert for 'Everything's Gonna Be Okay' Season 1 Episode 8 'Maggots!'

In this week's episode of 'Everything's Gonna Be Okay', while Nicholas and Alex work through insecurities in their relationship, Nicholas's sisters, Matilda and Genevieve, explore their sexualities and curiosity about the subject.

While Matilda prepares to have a threesome with her friends, Jeremy and Drea, Genevieve explores her curiosity over genitals with her friend, Tellulah. Matilda, who is on the autism spectrum, has been quite sex-positive and the representation on the Freeform comedy has been lauded by viewers.

When Jeremy backs out of the planned threesome because he is embarrassed, Drea and Matilda carry on, communicating what their wants and needs.

Fans were all praise for the way the episode showed the exploration of sexuality among teenagers, particularly in the case of Matilda. A fan tweeted, "I love the talk of consent, Drea explaining how she needs to be touched, all of this dialogue is SO important! #EverythingsGonnaBeOkay."

"1 thing I love about #EverythingsGonnaBeOkay. Few shows manage to show BOTH the capabilities and needs of autistics in such a clear way," another wrote.

A viewer tweeted, "Omg is Drea queer / likes Matilda?! Yes, I would SO be here for this representation!!"

"Matilda kills me every week with this sex positivity stuff but I guess, #GoGirl ??" another viewer said.

A fan wrote, "Yes for Matilda and Drea exploring their sexualities!"

Fans were also concerned about Jeremy. A fan tweeted, "Oh, poor Jeremy, [he] froze. It's okay, you took the first step & came & tried. That's huge all on its own."

In the episode, Genevieve also tries warning Tellulah about Leonard being a bad seed, to which Tellulah replied, "Crushes are over, sex is coming. I'm going to have sex with a bad guy with a good face because I am a highly visual person."

Fans are appreciating Tellulah's response, with one fan tweeting, "I agree with Tallulah. Be shallow while you’re young. Grab the hot piece of ass with both hands."

'Everything's Gonna Be Okay' airs every Thursday at 7.30 pm CST on Freeform.
