Air Canada in hot water after having elderly couple dragged off flight by armed police for NO REASON

An elderly British couple was among the two dozen people that were hauled off an Air Canada flight by armed police, despite having done nothing wrong. The furious fliers were removed from this Heathrow-bound flight on Monday evening, June 20 without any explanation from the authorities whatsoever. Richard Brailey, 71, and his wife Patricia, 66, were dragged off the aircraft before being told by an Air Canada employee it was an "order from the captain."

Even though Air Canada confessed that they did kick off some travelers 'mistakenly' they claimed that the majority of those removed from the flight were hauled off due to their 'disruptive behavior'.

Later, the airline clarified that some passengers who boarded this flight from Montreal's International Airport were not wearing any masks. However, Air Canada has refused to specify the exact number of travelers that were wrongly taken off the flight on Monday evening. Chiefs of the airline company have been trying to get in touch with the blameless passengers in order to apologize to them and discuss possible methods of compensation for their wrongdoings.

They told DailyMail, "We had waited for about an hour for the plane to take off when a member of staff with a list of numbers came along looking up and down the rows. They started looking at the seat numbers and earlier removed two young girls from three or four rows in front of us. Then they pointed at us, and told the police with them to remove us. We were totally flabbergasted. We had just been sitting in our seats normally with our masks on and looking forward to getting underway."

One said, "The stupidity of this continued Canadian government mask policy is absolutely mind boggling. Yet you have these politicians (head hypocrite himself Trudeau) going around the world maskless, or only wearing it for certain photo ops. It's totally useless. Stop it already!"

A different opinion was, "Guess they should have masked and listened to the flight crew instructions"

Another questioned, "Why You people love to confuse FASCISM with Communism?! Just does not make sense! At all! Well, Does not surprise me after seeing the support to a the UkraNazis."

This user said, "From the actions displayed here, I t seems like there is an inherent evil that underlies & exists in Canadians. They have been using politeness to hide it & fool the rest of the world. Soon, once bitten, twice shy will be the travel moto/mantra for anyone wanting to vacation here"

Another simply said, "unbelievable"

"It is the law. Masks must be worn for air and train travel. Public Health Policy. Wearing a mask is a very simple and easy way to prevent the spread of Covid. It is the very least a person can do to protect vulnerable community members," said another. 

This opinion was argued, " I have just attended a conference in Toronto. 35,000 attendees. Very few people wearing masks - all optional. It is nonsensical to enforce masks on aircraft."

"Welcome all to the new Canada" said another.

Another frequent flier said, "In my years of flying, I can honestly say flight attendants have become increasingly ignorant, argumentative and incapable of communicating with people on many levels. Flying is no longer a pleasure but stressful."
