Dua Lipa to return to 'Saturday Night Live' with John Krasinski making his hosting debut and fans can't wait

Dua Lipa will return to 'SNL' on March 28, just two weeks after her March 7 appearance, and fans are ecstatic that she will be joined by John Krasinski

English singer-songwriter and model Dua Lipa is scheduled to make another appearance as a musical guest on an upcoming episode of 'Saturday Night Live', it was announced on March 8. Aired from the show's studio Studio 8H, the 24-year-old 'Physical' singer will hit the 'SNL' stage on March 28 where she will join host 'A Quiet Place Part II' director and star John Krasinski. This will mark the first hosting gig for Krasinksi, who will hit the stage after his 'A Quiet Place Part II' opens in theaters on March 20. 

Dua Lipa's previous appearance on the show was not so long ago. She appeared on the comedy sketch show on March 7 and stunned the audience by dropping her new song 'Scared to Live'. The pop singer made her debut appearance on SNL in 2018 when the fever of her first hit single 'New Rules' reached its peak.  

Dua Lipa fans were excited to hear about her upcoming 'SNL' appearance which she announced on Twitter with the caption, "CAN'T WAIT @nbcsnl (sic)".

Many referred to her as "queen" and "legend" in the mix of ecstatic gifs and comments. Fans were loving the idea that she will join Krasinski. A fan said, "You and John Krasinski. We stan," and another said, "Omfg both Legends! The host and musical guest!!! (sic)". One fan commented, "Wow my 2 favorite people! (sic)."

There were little-to-no negative comments for Dua Lipa and she received nothing but praise. A fan called her a "great performer" while another shared, "So excited for this". One fan wanted to get one last musical treat from Dua Lipa, considering the upcoming 'SNL' show as a suitable gift before Coronavirus dooms the human race. The fan said, "Do it before corona gets us all (sic)".

Dua Lipa's new highly-anticipated album 'Future Nostalgia' is set to be released on April 3, shortly after the upcoming 'Saturday Night Live' episode.
