'Doom Patrol' Season 3 Episode 8: Fans go gaga over 'Daddy' Laura DeMille's outfit

The promo opens as the narrator says, "You're about to enter a world of both doubt and introspection, of mistakes and regrets and the need to make amends", as we see Laura DeMille say she is is who she is. We guess this once good character is not going to change her now evil ways anytime soon. Larry is lost and alone in a forest. Jane (Diane Guerrero) is seen clutching a stone hand as it crumbles away at her grip. Rita (April Bowlby) seemingly talking to Larry says that she wants him to know part of it. Larry who was questioning her time in the past and her need to get revenge may finally get an insight into what his friend went through since 1917. Jane is seen walking in the Manor as Shelley Byron aka The Fog (Wynn Everett ) from the Sisterhood of Dada materializes behind her. Uh-oh, Jane needs to watch her back.

After the bus crash, Larry gets shocked by his parasite as we see Jane in a dark and foggy setting with Shelley telling her that there's something she needs to see. The scene is followed up by the parasite entering Larry's body as he wheezes in his room. More excitement follows as we see Madam Rouge on the ground as we hear the voice of the Brain cackle, "Look who's in control now!". Larry and Vic are shown struggling with Vic (Joiwan Wade) hanging on for support as they realize that something is not right. Jane yells out that she's not leaving Kay(we assume) after the eighth episode showed the Underground missing all the personalities.

Jane wakes sprawled on the floor as we see Laura in the time machine yell out in frustration, "I need some fuc**** answers!!!". A montage shows confusion and chaos everywhere with the Doom patrol perplexed. The finale looks amazing and filled with thrills and fans can look forward to it with excitement.

'Doom Patrol' airs every Thursday exclusively on HBO MAX.
