'She should file for divorce!' Donald Trump slammed for failing to mention Melania in Mar-a-Lago speech
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Former president Donald Trump blasted the judge and district attorney in New York who reportedly oversaw his arraignment on Tuesday, April 4. He went after Judge Juan Merchan's family and even called Alvin Bragg a "criminal." He gave his 25-minute speech before a crowd of family and supporters at Mar-a-Lago. However, he failed to mention his wife Melania Trump. The former president had previously been warned by Merchan to choose his words carefully to avoid a gag order.
Melania seemingly skipped the high profile arraignment after being notably absent in the indictment trip to New York City. Trump has pleaded not guilty to as many as 34 charges of falsifying business records related to hush money payments.

Donald Trump thanked his family, but excludes Melania
In his speech, Trump named his children individually, but not his wife. “I built a great business with my family, a fantastic business,” he told the crowd, smiling at his family, according to Independent. "I have a son here who has done a great job, and I have another son here who has done a great job … and Tiffany, and Ivanka. And Barron will be great someday. He is tall, he is tall and he’s smart. But I have a great family and they have done a fantastic job and we appreciate it very much. They have gone through hell.”

'The criminal is the district attorney'
Trump went on to say that Bragg is the criminal in the case and accused him of leaking grand jury information. "The criminal is the district attorney because he illegally leaked massive amounts of Grand Jury information for which he should be prosecuted, or at a minimum he should resign," he said. Trump made these remarks despite warnings of a gag order, which, if issued, would prevent him and his legal team from discussing the case publicly. Besides thanking his family, Trump attacked Judge Merchan's daughter and Bragg's wife in his speech. While most of Trump's children were present during the speech, Ivanka and Barron were not seen.
'She knows he is guilty for sure'
Social media reacted to Melania's absence from Trump's speech, with one user saying on Facebook, "I wonder why - not! She knows he is guilty for sure." Another said, "Because Melania hopes he goes to prison." "He has no respect for women," one user said, while another wrote, "Now with public humiliation that Trump has put her through. Why should Melania support him? She should file for divorce on grounds of adultery." "Maybe she is tired of being made the fool," one user said, while another wrote, "Melania doesn’t care." "Notice she didn't come to NYC with him!" one user pointed out.
